المستخلص: This paper deals with the informal sector in Algeria and focuses on the cash mass circulating outside the official scope of the national economy, as money is considered the cornerstone of trade transactions and exchanges, which guarantees unofficial income that is out of track and directed towards channels not visible to the economic management avoiding the payment of taxes due; the paper provides a comprehensive and detailed definition of what is meant by the informal sector, the causes and factors of its spread, its manifestations, its fields and its impact on the Algerian economy. Finally, it seeks to explore ways of attracting the money supply in circulation in this sector that is outside the calculations of the gross domestic product.

تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع القطاع غير الرسمي في الجزائر وتخص بالذكر الكتلة النقدية المتداولة خارج النطاق الرسمي للاقتصاد الوطني، وذلك لاعتبار النقود حجر الزاوية في المعاملات والمبادلات التجارية وهي التي تضمن الدخل غير الرسمي البعيد عن مساره الصحيح والمتجه نحو قنوات غير ظاهرة للإدارة الاقتصادية متجنبا دفع الضرائب المستحقة، تعطي الورقة تعريفا شاملا ومفصلا للمقصود بالقطاع غير الرسمي، أسباب وعوامل انتشاره، مظاهره، مجالاته وأثاره على الاقتصاد الجزائري وفي الأخير تسعى للبحث في سبل استقطاب الكتلة النقدية المتداولة في هذا القطاع التي تعد خارج حسابات الناتج الداخلي الخام.

L’objectif de ce papier est de faire la lumière sur le secteur informel en Algérie et distingué masse monétaire en circulation en dehors du cadre formel de l'économie nationale, de manière à être considéré comme l'argent pierre angulaire des transactions et le commerce, qui est de veiller à ce terme est revenu officiel pour la piste et se dirigeant vers les canaux est le phénomène de la gestion économique, en évitant de payer des impôts dû., le document donne une définition clarifiant le secteur informel , les causes et les facteurs prévalence, manifestations, sa portée et son impact sur l'économie algérienne et dans celui-ci cherche à discuter des moyens d'attirer négociés dans ce secteur, l'offre de monnaie, ce qui est en dehors des comptes du PIB.
