المستخلص: This study revolves around the topic of banking governance, which has become an important place globally, proposing a set of methods and principles for better bank management.
What we wanted to prove through our study is the extent to which the principles of corporate governance are applied in Algerian banks, and for that, we conducted a request to the clients of the National Savings and Reserve Fund-Bank with a questionnaire about their satisfaction with the bank and its services.
We have concluded that although the Bank of Algeria has not yet fully implemented these principles, but that simple part of them has succeeded in achieving some satisfaction to the customer, who is one of the stakeholders.

تدور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع الحوكمة البنكية، الذي أصبح يحتل مكانة هامة على الصعيد العالمي، حيث أنه يقترح مجموعة من الأساليب والمبادئ لإدارة أحسن للبنوك.
وما أردنا اثباته من خلال دراستنا هو مدى تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في البنوك الجزائرية، ولأجل ذلك قمنا بالتوجه لزبائن الصندوق الوطني للتوفير والاحتياط-بنك باستبيان حول مدى رضاه عن البنك وخدماته.
فتوصلنا لنتيجة أنه على الرغم من أن البنك الجزائري لم يصل بعد إلى تطبيق هذه المبادئ بشكل كامل إلا ان ذلك الجزء البسيط منها نجح في تحقيق نوع من الرضا للزبون (وهو أحد أصحاب المصالح).

Cette étude parle d’un sujet d’actualité au niveau mondial «gouvernance bancaire », qui nous présente un ensemble de méthodes et de principes à respecter pour une meilleur gestion des banques.
Et ce qu’on veut prouver à travers cette étude c’est à quel point ces principes sont- ils respectés dans les banques algérienne, pour cela nous avons adressé un questionnaire aux clients de la CNEP- Banque pour mesurer sa satisfaction de la banque et de ses services. Cela nous à amener au résultat suivant: c’est que la banque algérienne n’est pas encore arrivé à l’application totale de ces principes mais le minimum qu’elle fait procure un certain niveau de satisfaction aux clients (une des partie prenante).
