المستخلص: This paper aims to review the role of strategic management as an effective tool in managing and guiding the present and future of organizations in all its forms and types and to emphasize the importance of this tool in achieving its strategic objectives and the extent of its contribution to achieving sustainable development goals in all its dimensions. This is by showing the forms and manifestations of this important contribution and addressing the most important mechanisms for its activation, in light of the challenges and conditions imposed by the environment surrounding these organizations, using the descriptive and analytical approach.

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى استعراض دور الإدارة الاستراتيجية كأداة ناجعة في تسيير وتوجيه حاضر ومستقبل المنظمات بمختلف أشكالها وأنواعها، والتأكيد على أهمية هذه الأداة في تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة بكل أبعادها، وهذا من خلال تبيان أشكال ومظاهر تلك المساهمة الهامة، والتطرق إلى أهم آليات تفعيلها، في ظل التحديات والشروط التي تفرضها البيئة المحيطة بتلك المنظمات؛ هذا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

L'objectif de ce document est d'examiner le rôle de la gestion stratégique en tant qu'outil efficace pour gérer et guider le présent et l'avenir des organisations sous toutes leurs formes et tous leurs types, et de souligner l'importance de cet outil pour atteindre ses objectifs stratégiques et sa contribution à la réalisation des objectifs de développement durable en toutes ses dimensions, en montrant les formes et les aspects cette contribution. Et présenter les mécanismes les plus importants pour les activer, en tenant compte des défis et des conditions imposés par l'environnement autour de ces organisations, ceci en utilisant l'approche analytique descriptive.
