|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على معوقات البحث العلمي في مجال نظم المعلومات الإدارية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات من وجهة نظر المهتمين بهذا لمجال في الجامعات الأردنية، وتظهر الدراسة أن هناك عوائق عديدة يجب التغلب عليها لتحسين أداء البحث العلمي في هذا المجال، ومن هذه المعوقات ما هي معوقات مادية، ومعوقات قانونية، ومعوقات علمية، ومعوقات إدارية ومعوقات استثمارية. وتبين من السؤال المطروح على عينة البحث عدم الرضى عن مستوي البحث العلمي في نظم المعلومات الإدارية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، حيث وتبين أن هناك ما نسبته (%79.7) غير راضين. جمعت البيانات عن طريق استبيان وزعت على عينة الدراسة ومن ثم حلل بواسطة (SPSS) و (one way ANOVA test).

|b This research aims to highlight the obstacles of scientific research in the field of management information systems and information technology from the point view of those interested in this field in Jordan universities. The study shows that there are many obstacles that must be resolved to improve the performance of scientific research, these obstacles such as financial constraints, scientific, administrative and investment. The findings of research showed dissatisfaction with the level of scientific research, where (79.7%) of the research sample were dissatisfied. The data were collected by questionnaire distributed to the study sample and then analyzed by SPSS and one-way ANOVA test.
