|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح المقاربات المستخدمة في التحليل الكيفي والتي تعتمد على التقنيات الكمية في تفسير السلوكيات والظواهر الكيفية، وهذا بناء على آراء بعض المسؤولين في مؤسسة كوندور وتوجهاتهم بخصوص الرؤية المستقبلية لقادة مؤسستهم.\nولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام البرنامج المشهور في هذا المجال (Nvivo 10)، لاستخرج بعض المؤشرات الكمية حول بيانات المقابلات المنظمة مع خمسة مسؤولين يتعاملون بصفة مباشرة مع كبار القادة في هذه المؤسسة. لتخلص الدراسة في الأخير إلى أهمية دمج الطرق الكمية ضمن التحليل الكيفي للوصول إلى نتائج حول القيادة الحكيمة لا يمكن الوصول إليها بالتحليل المنفرد (الكيفي فقط).

|d L'étude vise à identifier les approches utilisées dans l’analyse qualitative, qui reposent sur des techniques quantitatives pour expliquer les comportements et les phénomènes qualitatifs, ceci sur la base des opinions de certains responsables de l’entreprise Condor et ses attitudes concernent la vision de l’avenir des leaders de leur entreprise.\nPour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons utilisé le programme réputé dans ce domaine (Nvivo 10), pour extraire des indicateurs quantitatifs sur les données d’entretiens, réalisés avec cinq responsables qui ont une communication directe avec les grands leaders de l'entreprise. L’étude conclut à la fin l’importance de l'intégration des méthodes quantitatives avec l’analyse qualitative, pour atteindre des résultats que ne peut réaliser sur le leadership visionnaire avec l’analyse unie (qualitative seulement).

|f This study aims to illustrate the approaches used in the qualitative analysis that rely on quantitative techniques in interpreting qualitative behaviours and phenomena. This is based on the views and attitudes of some officials at the Condor Foundation regarding the future vision of their leaders.\nTo achieve this, the popular program (Nvivo 10) was used to extract some quantitative indicators on the data of interviews organized with five officials who deal directly with senior leaders in this organization. Finally, the study concludes that it is important to integrate quantitative methods into qualitative analysis to arrive at results on wise leadership that cannot be reached by a single analysis (qualitative only).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
