المستخلص: This study aimed to identify: 1- The level of Professional Pressure, and professional compatibility Psychologists. 2- The relationship between the grades of the sample on the scale of professional pressure, and their grades on the scale of professional compatibility. 3- Differences between the average of the sample on the scale of occupational stress. and the scale of professional compatibility according to the variables (specialization, place of work). 4- Differences between the average of the sample on the scale of occupational professional compatibility according to the variables (specialization, place of work). The sample of the study consisted of (108) mentors and mentors working in middle and secondary schools in Homs governorate. The professional pressure scale and the professional compatibility scale were used by the researcher after verifying their validity and stability. The results showed that the level of professional pressure was average, And the level of professional compatibility is good, and that there is a relationship between the grades of the counselors on the scale of professional pressures and their grades on the scale of professional compatibility, The study also found that there were no differences between the average scores of the sample on the occupational stress scale and the professional compatibility according to the specialization variable. There were differences between the average scores of the sample on the occupational stress scale according to the specialization variable in favor of the city guides, The sample on the scale of professional compatibility according to the variable of specialization for the benefit of guides working in the countryside.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف: 1- مستوى الضغوط المهنية، والتوافق المهني لدى المرشدين النفسيين المدرسيين. 2- العلاقة بين درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الضغوط المهنية، ودرجاتهم على مقياس التوافق المهني. 3- الفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الضغوط المهنية تبعا لمتغيري (التخصص، ومكان العمل). 4- الفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس التوافق المهني تبعا لمتغيري (التخصص، ومكان العمل) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (108) مرشد ومرشدة يعملون في المدارس الإعدادية والثانوية في محافظة حمص. وقد تم استخدام مقياس الضغوط المهنية، ومقياس لتوافق المهني، وهما من إعداد الباحثة وذلك بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الضغوط المهنية كان متوسط، ومستوى التوافق المهني جيد، وأن هناك علاقة بين درجات المرشدين على مقياس الضغوط المهنية ودرجاتهم على مقياس التوافق المهني، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الضغوط المهنية، والتوافق المهني تبعا لمتغير التخصص، بينما كان هناك فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الضغوط المهنية تبعا لمتغير مكان العمل لصالح المرشدين العاملين في المدينة، وفروق بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس التوافق المهني وفقا لمتغير مكان العمل لصالح المرشدين العاملين في الريف.
