|a يدرس هذا البحث تأثيرية من الأقمشة \nيعد زي مضيفات الطيران من الأزياء الموحدة ذات الطبيعة الوظيفية التي تتطلب من القائمين على تصميمها مراعاة طبيعة العمل من حيث ما تقوم به مضيفات الطيران من أداء حركي متنوع ومتعدد على الطائرة لمساعدة المسافرين وتقديم الخدمات المختلفة لهم. لذا يجب أن يوفر لهن تصميم الزي البساطة وسهولة الحركة والراحة والأمان أثناء العمل، هذا إلى جانب ضرورة الانفراد والتميز في خطوط التصميم حتى تظهر الشركة بصورة لائقة وجذابة وكذلك معبرة عن هوية الشركة بين شركات خطوط الطيران الجوية المختلفة. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد مدى توافر مواصفات قياسية لتصميم الزى الموحد لمضيفات الطيران من خلال مراجعة المسئولين في قسم الضيافة بشركة مصر للطيران وكذلك مراجعة المواصفات القياسية المصرية بهيئة التوحيد القياسي والمواصفات الأمريكية "AATCC"،"ASTM"، كما يهدف البحث أيضا إلي التعرف على مدى توافق الزى الموحد لمضيفات الطيران من الناحية الوظيفية والجمالية وذلك من خلال استمارة استطلاع رأى طرحت على عدد (٥٠) مضيفة طيران جوى بشركة مصر للطيران، هذا بالإضافة إلى استمارة استبيان أخرى طرحت على نفس العينة السابقة للوقوف على أهم المتطلبات الوظيفية والجمالية لتصميم الزى الموحد لهن. \nوتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أي مواصفات قياسية تخص تصميم الزي الموحد لمضيفات الطيران، هذا بالإضافة إلى عدم رضا المضيفات عن الزي الموحد لهن لعدم ملاءمته الوظيفية والجمالية لطبيعة عملهن، وتم تحديد المتطلبات الوظيفية والجمالية التي يرغبن توافرها في زيهن الموحد.\n

|f This research studies the effect of fabrics.\nThe flight attendant uniform is one of the uniforms of a functional nature that requires those in charge of its design to take into account the nature of the work in terms of the various and varied dynamic performance of the flight attendants on the plane to help passengers and provide them with various services. Therefore, the design of the uniform should provide them with simplicity, ease of movement, comfort, and safety during work, in addition to the need for individuality and excellence in the design lines so that the company appears decently and attractively, as well as expressing the identity of the company among the various airlines. The current research aims to determine the availability of standard specifications for the design of uniforms for flight attendants by officials' review in the hospitality department of EgyptAir Company, as well as reviewing the Egyptian standard specifications by the American Standardization and Specification Organization "AATCC," "ASTM," The research also aims to identify the extent of compatibility of the uniform of flight attendants in terms of functionality and aesthetics, through an opinion survey form given to (50) air hostess of EgyptAir, in addition to another questionnaire form given to the same previous sample to find out the most important functional and aesthetic requirements for their uniform design.\n The study concluded that there are no standard specifications regarding the design of the uniform for flight attendants and the flight attendants' dissatisfaction with the uniform for their lack of functional and aesthetic suitability to the nature of their work.
