المستخلص: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common disorders in children. The study problem is the following question: what is the scope of the psychological impact of interior design in children suffering from attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder?
In general, the research aims to identify the requirements of the needs of children suffering from (ADHD) that help to treat them, provide them with psychological comfort and physical protection, and study the elements of interior design suitable for them, the necessary standards, and important controls to correct design errors. It also seeks to develop some proposals that suit the needs of children with (ADHD) and achieve their psychosocial comfort.
Accordingly, some design solutions and proposals have been developed for their psychosocial comfort. The research relied on the case study curriculum, and it was limited to home and school environments to draw conclusions. One of the most important conclusions is that there is no significant relationship between the design of the spaces surrounding children with (ADHD) and its suitability to their requirements. Therefore, the study developed many recommendations and proposals, the most important of which is that more research and scientific studies related to interior design and its relationship with children with (ADHD) should be carried out because of its importance. The study proposed a redesign of a vacuum (class - child's bedroom) in light of international norms and standards for this category to become more appropriate.

تعد ظاهرة فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه (ADHD) من أكثر الاضطرابات شيوعا لدى الأطفال وتتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل التالي: ما مدى التأثير النفسي للتصميم الداخلي في أطفال فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه؟
استهدف البحث بصفة عامة التعرف على متطلبات احتياجات أطفال (ADHD) التي تساعد على معالجتهم وتوفير الراحة النفسية والحماية الجسدية لهم ودراسة عناصر التصميم الداخلي المناسبة لهم والمعايير اللازمة والضوابط الهامة لتصحيح الأخطاء التصميمية وكذلك وضع بعض المقترحات التي تلائم احتياجات أطفال (ADHD) وتحقق راحتهم النفسية والاجتماعية.
وبناء على ذلك تم وضع بعض حلول تصميمية ومقترحات تحقق راحتهم النفسية والاجتماعية. واعتمد البحث على منهج دراسة الحالة، وتمثلت حدوده في بيئتي المنزل والمدرسة لاستخلاص النتائج ومن أهمها أنه لا توجد علاقة معنوية بين تصميم الفراغات المحيطة بأطفال (ADHD) وملائمتها لمتطلباتهم، وعلى ذلك قامت الدراسة بوضع العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات وكان من أهمها أنه يجب إجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات العلمية التي تخص التصميم الداخلي وعلاقته مع أطفال (ADHD) لأهميته واقترحت الدراسة إعادة لتصميم فراغ (الفصل- غرفة نوم الطفل) على ضوء المعايير والمقاييس الدولية لهذه الفئة لتصبح أكثر ملائمة.
