المستخلص: The research aims to evaluate and study the human factors on which the design of clothing factories is based, as well as to identify the considerations and principles of ergonomics in designing these factories to determine the specifications of a typical clothing lab that provides good working positions for students that allow reduced time and effort and works to raise the level of students through the student's safe and effective use of machines and devices inside the lab. Ergonomics is the applied science that specializes in designing machines, equipment, products, and systems to maximize the degree of safety, reduce fatigue and stress, and providing convenience to users by adapting the design of products and workplaces to individual sizes and physical strength in order to increase efficiency and maximize productivity. The problem of research has emerged from the clarity of the need to establish standard ergonomic design considerations for clothing factories in specialized colleges focusing on the study of the ergonomic characteristics of the users of these factories so that the designer has sufficient information about the nature of human behavior and the environmental needs of users. The poor reality of clothing factories and their failure to take into account the considerations of ergonomics in arranging and organizing their contents according to students' body measurements and tasks performed, and the conceptualization of a clothing lab that takes into account the aspects of ergonomics in design, could only be (overcome) by developing and modifying the design of the lab, arranging and organizing its contents in line with the nature of the tasks and activities performed by students within the lab. Through a survey study, the research reached (results that include) benefiting from the opinions of specialists in developing the main specifications of clothing factories that achieve compatibility with human capabilities and fade with deficiencies that may exist in these capabilities and also benefit from well-known global anthropometric standards.

يهدف البحث إلى تقييم ودراسة العوامل البشرية التي يقوم عليها تصميم معامل الملابس وكذلك تحديد اعتبارات ومبادئ علم الإرجونوميكس في تصميم هذه المعامل لتحديد مواصفات معمل ملابس نموذجي، يوفر أوضاع عمل جيدة للطلاب تسمح بتقليل الوقت والجهد، وتعمل على رفع مستوى الطلاب من خلال استخدام الطالب للآلات والأجهزة الموجودة داخل المعمل بشكل آمن وفعال، ويعد علم الإرجونوميكس هو العلم التطبيقي الذي يختص بتصميم الآلات والمعدات والمنتجات والأنظمة، بقصد تعظيم درجة الأمان القصوى، وتخفيض التعب والإجهاد، وتوفير الراحة للمستخدمين من خلال ملائمة تصميم المنتجات وأماكن العمل لأحجام الأفراد، وقواهم الجسدية بهدف زيادة الكفاءة وتعظيم الإنتاجية. لقد انبثقت مشكلة البحث من وضوح الحاجة إلى وضع اعتبارات تصميمية إرجونومية قياسية لمعامل الملابس بالكليات المتخصصة تركز على دراسة الخصائص الإرجونومية لمستخدمي هذه المعامل، بحيث تتوافر لدى المصمم المعلومات الكافية عن طبيعة السلوك الإنساني والاحتياجات البيئية للمستخدمين، إن تردي واقع معامل الملابس وعدم مراعاتها لاعتبارات علم الإرجونوميكس في ترتيب وتنظيم محتوياتها وفقا لقياسات أجسام الطلاب والمهام التي يقومون بها، ووضع تصور لمعمل ملابس يراعي جوانب علم الإرجونوميكس في التصميم، ولن يتم ذلك إلا من خلال التطوير والتعديل في تصميم المعمل وترتيب وتنظيم محتوياته بما يتلائم مع طبيعة المهام والأنشطة التي يقوم بها الطلاب داخل المعمل. وتوصل البحث من خلال دراسة مسحية إلى الاستفادة من أراء المتخصصين في وضع المواصفات الرئيسية لمعامل الملابس التي تحقق التوافق مع القدرات البشرية وتتلاشى القصور الذي قد يطرأ على هذه القدرات، وبما يستفيد أيضا من المعايير الأنثروبومترية العالمية المعروفة.
