المستخلص: تعد خلية العمل من أهم عناصر الأثاث الإداري؛ لكونها تخص عموم موظفي الإدارات؛ وهم الفئة الأكثر عددا في أي مؤسسة؛ ومن هنا تظهر أهمية تصميم الوحدة البنائية لخلية العمل؛ إذ يجب أن تحقق قابلية النمو؛ والقدرة علي إعادة التوزيع بأكثر من تشكيل؛ للتعامل مع المساحات الإدارية المختلفة؛ وتكمن مشكلة البحث في محدودية الحلول التصميمية لوحدات بناء خلايا العمل في الأثاث الإداري؛ وخاصة التي تحمل سمة تعددية التوزيع وقابلية النمو بالفراغات الداخلية؛ ولهذا تم اختيار موضوع البحث؛ ويهدف البحث إلى تقديم رؤية تصميمية لوحدات بناء خلايا العمل في الأثاث الإداري؛ بما يجعلها تحقق تعددية التوزيع والنمو داخل الفراغات الداخلية؛ وتكمن أهمية البحث في كونه يعالج مشكلة تصميم أحد أهم عناصر الأثاث الإداري من خلال رؤية تطبيقية للباحث. واتجه البحث لدراسة المعايير الوظيفية لتصميم خلية العمل الإدارية؛ ثم تحليل أهم خطوط تصميم وحدتها البنائية؛ وأخيرا الدراسة التطبيقية للباحث. ومن أهم النتائج التطبيقية التي توصل إليها الباحث من خلال رؤيته التصميمية؛ أن أكثر الوحدات البنائية لخلايا العمل التي حققت هدف البحث هي التي اتصف التصميم الهندسي لوحدتها البنائية بالآتي- (1) أن يتساوى ويتوازى خطين من الخطوط الهندسية المحددة لشكل مسطح العمل في مسقطه الأفقي؛ وأن مجموع طول الخطين المتوازيين يتساوى في الطول مع الخط الخارجي لمسطح العمل المقابل لمقعد الجلوس؛ كما في شكل (11) من الدراسة التطبيقية؛ إذ أن (الضلع أب= ج د؛ أ ب+ ج د = أ ج)، وقدم الباحث من خلال هذه العلاقة تصميما لوحدة بنائية لخلية عمل إدارية قابلة للنمو وإعادة التوزيع بعدد ثمانية عشر تكوينا مختلفا. (2) يمكن إجراء بعض التغيرات على الوحدة البنائية في نهاية التكوين كإضافة وحدات تخزين؛ أو تغيير تصميم الخط التشكيلي لمسطح العمل لرفع قيمة الأداء الوظيفي.
وبذلك نستخلص الرؤية التصميمية للوحدة البنائية لخلية العمل الإدارية في بعدين رئيسيين: -
أولا تحديد المعايير الوظيفية؛ ثانيا: دراسة البناء الهندسي لمسطح العمل بما يحقق النمو وتعدديه التوزيع.


The work cell is one of the most important elements of administrative furniture as it concerns the general staff of administrations. They are the largest category in any institution, hence the importance of designing the structural unit of the work cell. It must achieve the ability to grow and the ability to redistribute more than configuration to deal with different administrative spaces. The problem of research lies in the limited design solutions of work cell building units in administrative furniture, especially those characterized by multi-distribution and the ability to grow in internal spaces. Therefore, the topic of research was selected. The research aims to provide a design vision for work cell building units in administrative furniture, making them achieve multiplicity in distribution and growth within internal spaces. The importance of research is that it addresses the problem of designing one of the most important elements of administrative furniture through an applied vision of the researcher. The research went to study the functional criteria for designing the administrative work cell. It then analyzed the most important design lines of its structural unit and finally the applied study of the researcher. One of the most important applied results reached by the researcher through his design vision is that the most constructive units of the work cells that have achieved the research objective are the ones that are characterized with the architectural design of its structural unit as follows: (1) that two of the architectural lines specified for the shape of the counter top in its floor plan should be equal and parallel and that the total length of the two parallel lines should equal in length with the outer line of the countertop corresponding to the seat as in the image (11) of the applied study; as (rib ab = c d; ab+cd = a c). Through this relationship, the researcher presented the design of a building unit for a growable and redistributable administrative work cell with eighteen different configurations.(2) Some changes can be made to the structural unit at the end of the configuration as adding storage units or changing the design of the countertop plan line to raise the value of functionality.
In this way, we draw the design vision of the structural unit of the administrative work cell in two main dimensions: First, identifying the functional criteria; second, studying the architecture of the work surface in order to achieve growth and plurality of distribution.
