المستخلص: The industrial economy, according to the United Nations strategy, represents one of the most important aspects of economic and social development and the elimination of economic underdevelopment where increasing proportions of national resources are allocated to developing the competitiveness of the industrial sector with both its branches of manufacturing of production means and consumer goods so that this sector can contribute to high levels of community welfare. It is, therefore important that Algeria seeks to find a modern reform knowledge approach to achieve advanced competitive indicators in the manufacturing industry, especially in the processing industry and this is what we seek to achieve, under this research, after trying to find obstacles that limit processing industry indicators that are severely weak in their competitiveness indicators.

Représente l'économie industrielle, conformément à la stratégie des Nations Unies pour l'un des principaux aspects du développement économique et social et l'éradication de l'arriération économique , où il s'est spécialisé ratios augmentation des ressources nationales pour le développement d'un secteur industriel compétitif à la fois dans l'industrie et les moyens de production et la fabrication de biens de consommation , de sorte que ce secteur est en mesure de contribuer à l' accès à des taux élevés pour le bien- être des communautés . Par conséquent, il est important de demander l'Algérie à trouver une méthode de connaissance réformiste parler afin d'obtenir des indicateurs avancés concurrentiel dans l'industrie en particulier la fabrication de ceux , et c'est ce que nous cherchons à travers cette recherche, après avoir essayé de trouver des obstacles que l'industrie des indicateurs de la limite qui souffrent d'une grave faiblesse des indicateurs de compétitivité.

يمثل الاقتصاد الصناعي طبقاً لاستراتيجية الأمم المتحدة أحد أهم جوانب التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والقضاء على التخلف الاقتصادي، حيث تخصص نسب متزايدة من الموارد القومية لتنمية وتطوير تنافسية قطاع الصناعة بشقيها صناعة وسائل الإنتاج وصناعة المواد الاستهلاكية، بحيث يصبح هذا القطاع قادراً على المساهمة في الوصول إلى معدلات مرتفعة لرفاهية المجتمعات. ومن هنا فأنه من الأهمية بمكان أن تسعى الجزائر إلى إيجاد منهج معرفي إصلاحي حديث من أجل تحقيق مؤشرات تنافسية متقدمة في الصناعة خاصة التحويلية منها، وهذا ما نسعى إليه من خلال هذا البحث وذلك بعدما نحاول إيجاد العقبات التي تحد من مؤشرات الصناعة التحويلية التي تعانى من ضعف شديد في مؤشرات تنافسيتها.
