|a لملابس المستعملة وجدت سوقاً رائجا لها في معظم الشوارع بالقاهرة والمحافظات، وهو ما ألحق أضرارا بالغة بصناعة وتجارة الملابس الجاهزة الجديدة، التي تشهد تدهورا بسبب زيادة تكاليف الإنتاج، وهي أيضاً تمثل تحد واضح للصحة العامة، كما يهدف البحث إلى دراسة المخاطر والأضرار المترتبة على إقبال المستهلكين لشراء الملابس المستعملة، كذلك قياس أثر المستوى التعليمي ومتوسط دخل الأسرة والمنطقة السكنية علي الأقبال على شراء الملابس المستعملة، وترجع أهمية البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على خطورة الاتجار بالملابس المستعملة علي الاقتصاد المصري، كذلك إمكانية الاستفادة من نتائج الدراسة في وضع حلول مقترحة لمواجهة بعض المشاكل والصعوبات التي تواجه صناعة الملابس الجاهزة المحلية في ج.م.ع \nويتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لتحقيق أهداف البحث، لذا قامت الباحثة بتصميم أدوات البحث وعددها أربعة استبانات بهدف جمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة، ومن أهم المقترحات والتوصيات لحل مشكلة الإتجار بالملابس المستعملة أن تفرض الحكومة الضرائب الباهظة على المحال التجارية بأسواق الملابس المستعملة وكذلك فرض الرقابة الصحية علي بالات الملابس المستعملة المستوردة من الخارج بالإضافة إلى التوعية الصحية من قبل وسائل الإعلام المختلفة بالمخاطر الصحية المحتملة للملابس المستعملة مع حل مشكلات تكاليف الإنتاج الباهظة التي تتسبب في ارتفاع أسعار المنتجات الملبسية إمام نظيرتها من الملابس المستعملة كما أوصت بضرورة أن تقوم الحكومة بفرض قيود صارمة بمنع الباعة من احتلال الأرصفة في الكثير من الميادين وأمام محطات المترو، وأيضا في محافظات مصر المختلفة ولا يتم البيع إلا من خلال المحال التجارية المرخصة. \n

|f Used clothes have found a popular market in most streets of Cairo and the governorates, which has caused serious damage to the new garment industry and trade, which is deteriorating due to increased production costs and is also a clear challenge to public health. The research also aims to study the risks and damages of consumers 'demand to buy used clothes and measure the impact of the educational level and the average income of the family and the residential area on the attractiveness of buying used clothes. The importance of the research is due to shedding light on the danger of trafficking of used clothes on the Egyptian economy and the possibility of benefiting from the study results to develop proposed solutions to address some of the problems and difficulties facing the local garment industry in Egypt. \nThe research follows the descriptive and analytical approach for its suitability to achieve research objectives. Therefore, the researcher designed four research tools in order to collect the necessary data and information. The most important proposals and recommendations to solve the problem of used clothes trafficking is that the government impose exorbitant taxes on shops in used clothes markets as well as the imposition of health control on bales of used clothes imported from abroad, in addition to (spreading) health surveillance through various media about the potential health risks of the used clothes, while solving the problems of high production costs that cause the prices of clothing products to rise in comparison to their second-hand clothes counterparts. It also recommended that the government impose strict restrictions to prevent sellers from occupying sidewalks in many fields and in front of metro stations, and also in different governorates of Egypt.
