المستخلص: Knowledge management is one of the contemporary approaches to maintaining competitive accommodation. This research examines the concept of knowledge management and the problems faced by our organizations, especially Sonatrach, in managing, exploiting, and preserving their knowledge. We have tried to put forward our ideas to address this problem and to make a small contribution in this area. One of the most important findings of the study is that most institutional frameworks lack the capacity to communicate outside the technical framework is the lack of internationalization of knowledge acquired and transferred between individuals and groups of the organization.

يعد تسيير المعارف أحد المداخل المعاصرة للمحافظة على التوفق التنافسي، ويتناول هذا البحث استعراضا لمفهوم تسيير المعارف والإشكالات التي تواجه مؤسساتنا وبشكل خاص مؤسسة سوناطراك في سبيل تسيير معارفها واستغلالها والمحافظة عليها. ومنه حاولنا طرح تصوراتنا لمعالجة هذه الإشكالية وإمكانية تقديم مساهمة بسيطة في هذا المجال. ومن بين أهم نتائج الدراسة
