المستخلص: La question des droits de la femme a intéressé les chercheurs dans les domaines juridiques et politiques, les femmes ont souffert et souffrent encore des atteintes grave et méthodiques a leurs droits fondamentaux.
La communauté internationale oeuvre pour la création des mécanismes pour la promotion des droits des femmes. L’instrument le plus important dans la protection des droits de la femme est la convention pour l’élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination envers les femmes .Cette convention est considérée comme la charte des droit de la femme car elle institue les cadres juridiques permettant la valorisation et le respect des droits de la femme.

موضوع حقوق المرأة من الموضوعات الأكثر اهتماما لدى الباحثين والدارسين، على المستويين السياسي والقانوني، كون المرأة عانت ولا زالت تعاني في بعض الدول من الانتهاكات الخطيرة لحقوقها وحرياتها الأساسية.
لذلك سعت المجموعة الدولية إلى محاولة إيجاد آليات وسبل للنهوض بحقوق المرأة، ولعل أهمها هو اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري، التي تعتبر الشرعة الدولية لحقوق المرأة، والتي من خلالها حاولت الدول الأطراف أن تحدد الأطر القانونية للاعتراف بحقوق المرأة وتمكينها من التمتع بها وحمايتها.

The issue of women's rights is one of the most important topics for researchers and scholars, both politically and legally, as women have and continue to suffer serious violations of their fundamental rights and freedoms in some countries.
The international community has therefore sought to find mechanisms and means to promote women's rights, the most important of which is the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, which is the International Bill of Women's Rights, through which party States have tried to define legal frameworks to recognize women's rights and enable them to enjoy these rights and protect them.
