المستخلص: Les principes détenus par les membres de la société affectent à la réputation qu’ils se sont composés à l’organisation comme les fonctionnaires et les clients et en externe comme les actionnaires et les groupes de pression. Donc la compatibilité entre la mission de l’organisation et le système de principes qui affecte par les personnes peut attirer ces parties pour faire avec l’organisation et améliorer son rendement financier et humain, et c’est ce que nous ferons clarifier cette recherche.

تمثل رسالة المنظمة الدليل الذي يحمل في طياته السبب الرئيسي لوجود المنظمة، والمرشد الأول الذي يمكن أن تعتمد عليه في قيادة حركتها نحو الأهداف المرغوبة، وقد بينت هذه الدراسة أن التوافق بين رسالة المنظمة ومنظومة القيم التي يؤمن بها الأفراد من شأنه أن يجذب أفراد المجتمع للتعامل مع المنظمة سواء كانوا من الداخل كالموظفين أو من الخارج كالزبائن والمساهمين والجماعات الضاغطة، بالإضافة إلى أن هذا التوافق يلعب دورا مهما في تحسين أداء المنظمة المالي والبشري.

The organization's mission is the evidence that carries the main reason for the organization's existence and the first guide on which it can rely to lead its movement towards the desired goals. This study showed that the compatibility between the organization's mission and the system of values that individuals believe in would attract community members to deal with the organization, whether they be from within, such as employees or from abroad, such as customers, shareholders and lobbying groups. In addition to that, this compatibility plays an important role in improving the financial and human performance of the organization.
