With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development and increasing attention to environmental protection issues, the call has emerged for the need to introduce environmental planning as one of the most important scientific tools in preserving the environment and a mature mechanism for development.
Only through environmental planning can it be ensured that society receives the desired benefits from development and at the same time that environmental resources are preserved for future use, within the framework of the leading development strategies in the field of the environment, specifically considering it as one of the most important dimensions of development in various perceptions.
Planning is generally the key to a successful strategy, and in the environmental field, it is a standard guiding mechanism, with future dimensions including the Zomakaniya Circle.

مع تعمق مفهوم التنمية المستدامة وتزايد الاهتمام بقضايا حماية البيئة، برزت الدعوة بضرورة الأخذ بالتخطيط البيئي كأحد أهم الوسائل العلمية في الحفاظ على البيئة وآلية راشدة للتنمية.
فمن خلال التخطيط البيئي فقط يمكن التأكد من أن المجتمع ينال الفوائد المرجوة من التنمية وفي الوقت ذاته أن الموارد البيئية محافظ عليها من أجل الاستعمال المستقبلي، في إطار الإستراتيجيات التنموية الرائدة في مجال البيئة تحديدا على اعتبارها أحد أهم أبعاد التنمية في مختلف تصوراتها.
والتخطيط بصفة عامة هو مفتاح الإستراتيجية الناجحة، وفي المجال البيئي هو آلية إرشادية قياسية، ذات أبعاد مستقبلية تشمل دائرة الزماكانية.
