|f Urban property is the future vessel for urban projects in the city and the main engine of the construction process there. The tendency of this sector towards scarcity increases its importance, therefore, it makes it one of the main agendas of the various governments and communities to ensure it through a range of legislative and planning mechanisms on which it relies on forming the real estate portfolio that the governments use to meet the growing urban needs of their population.
