المستخلص: Cette étude vise a élaborer une réflexion globale vis-à-vis de l expérience algérienne dans le domaine de la bonne gouvernance.
Un domaine stratégique qui sétend sur plusieurs niveaux d analyses internes et externes nécessaires au développement et la stabilité du pays dans un environnement géopolitique très complexe du point de vue sécuritaire et structurelle et qui font appel a une approche nouvelle plutôt rationnelle sur le plan de la gestion et de la participation et de la modernité .
Un objectif du comportement de l état algérien depuis l aube du 21 siècle pour parachever un modèle algérien de gouvernance au futur capable de faire face aux enjeux et aux variables avec sagesse et maturité selon nos caractéristiques historiques et notre vision pour demain.

This article aims to provide a comprehensive insight into the Algerian experience in the field of good governance.
It is a strategic field that extends to several levels of analysis internally and externally. These levels are considered necessary for the development and stability of a country living in a complex geopolitical environment from the point of view of security and structural. It calls for a new approach, but rather a rational approach at the level of management, participation and modernity. The behaviour of the Algerian state since the beginning of the 21st century aims at the very same.
That is where we can build on what is called a real model for the future to confront issues and variables wisely and judiciously according to our historical characteristics and vision of tomorrow.

تهدف هذه المقالة لتكوين فكرة شاملة إزاء التجربة الجزائرية في ميدان الحكم الراشد.
وهو ميدان استراتيجي يمتد لعدة مستويات للتحليل داخلياً وخارجياً، وهي مستويات تعتبر ضرورية لتنمية واستقرار بلد بعيش في محيط جيو سياسي معقد من زاوية النظر الأمنية والهيكلية والتي تستدعى مقاربة جديدة بل لنقل مقاربة عقلانية على مستوى التسيير والمشاركة والحداثة وهو ما يهدف له سلوك الدولة الجزائرية منذ مطلع القرن الواحد والعشرين.
بهذا ما يمكن أن نبني عليه ما يسمى بنموذج حقيقي في المستقبل لمواجهة الرهانات والمتغيرات بحكمة ورشادة وفق خصائصنا التاريخية ورؤيتنا للغد.
