المستخلص: لا يخفى على مهتم من أن وحدات التوثيق والمكتبات والمعلومات بصفة عامة ومراكز الأرشيف بصفة خاصة ، ليست في غنى عن التكنولوجيا وتداعياتها . إذ هي من بين المؤسسات التي تعمل على حفظ وإتاحة موارد المعرفة المتعددة . ولكن ومع تزايد الإنتاج الفكري أصبحت مراكز الأرشيف تواجه تحدي وواجبا اكثر إلحاحا ، وكمحاولة منها لمسايرة هذه التطورات التكنولوجية وهذا بالنظر لخصوصيتها، جاءت مبادرات لتبني مشارع رقمنة التي أعطت دفعا للأرشيفي لاعتمادها كحل للحفاظ على الموروث الثقافي من جهة ومن جهة أخرى أتاحته على أوسع نطاق وتثمينه. وفي هذا الاطار جاء هذا البحث لتسليط الضوء على احد اهم مقطورات التراث ألا وهي مراكز الأرشيف الولائية بمصلحة أرشيف ولاية قسنطينة نموذجا. لمعرفة ما مدى جاهزيتها لتبني مشروع رقمنة في ظل ما تمتلكه من إمكانيات مادية وبشرية . حيث تناولنا في جانبه النظري مشروع الرقمنة وكل ما يتعلق بها من مفاهيم نظرية ، أما فيما يخص الجانب الميداني للدراسة وظفنا فيه الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات معتمدين على أسلوب التحليل من خلال الأجوبة التي قدمتها العناصر المشكلة لمجتمع الدراسة.

The study recommends that, universities have to measure intellectual capital of their researchers, whether faculty members or their assistants, to show their research capabilities, and improve the lower capacity, and to maximize the role of the university portals in highlighting the researcher’ scientific and research activities, and to be available in Arabic and English Languages at least.
