المستخلص: Le poste de maire dans le système administratif Français est un poste sensible et essentiel, C'et pourquoi le législateur lui a réservé une considération spéciale, visible à travers d'innombrables textes juridiques , notamment le code général des collectivités territoriales . Dans cette étude nous essayons de traiter ce sujet depuis ses droits, jusqu'aux attributions et les relations liées à ce poste.

The position of mayor in the French administrative system is considered a sensitive and important position. Therefore, the legislator attaches special importance to it. It is manifested in numerous legal texts, the most important of which is the general regulation of regional groups. We try to examine, under this study, this position in terms of rights, powers (duties), and the resulting functional relationships.

يعتبر منصب رئيس البلدية في النظام الإداري الفرنسي من المناصب الحساسة والمهمة، ولذلك فقد أولى له المشرع أهمية خاصة، وتجلى ذلك من خلال العديد من النصوص القانونية لعل أهمها التقنين العام للجماعات الإقليمية. من خلال هذه الدراسة نحاول التعرض لهذا المنصب من حيث الحقوق والصلاحيات (الواجبات)، والعلاقات الوظيفية المترتبة عنه.
