|d La norme ISO 14001 constitue le modèle de référence le plus connu en matière d’intégration de la dimension environnementale dans le management des entreprises industrielles. Selon cette norme, la mise en oeuvre d’un EMS (Environmental Management System) a pour objet, d’améliorer la performance environnementale de l’entreprise. \nCet article tente d’éclaircir le rôle de la norme internationale ISO 14001 dans l’amélioration de la performance globale des entreprises industrielles algériennes, à travers une étude exploratoire, réalisée auprès de l’entreprise industrielle Fertial- Unité Annaba.
