المستخلص: Le livre « L’Islam et la Tyrannie Politique » du cheikh Mohammed al-Ghazali est considéré comme un document historique qui reporte les combats de l'écrivain contre l'injustice et la tyrannie, et qui met en évidence ses prises de positions à l'égard de nombreuses questions politiques et de gouvernance. La conception de ce livre a pour objectifs d’affronter et contrecarrer les dictateurs. Il est un manifeste contre l’arbitraire commis sur le peuple et la nation; qui est une déviation aux principes de l’islam. L’écrivain a dévoilé les politiques occidentales masquées en idéaux de libertés et d’humanisme. C’est dans cette optique que s’inscrit mon étude d’une perspective argumentative. Le livre présente, selon notre point de vue, des techniques de l’argumentation, et comporte des facteurs et des articulateurs d’argumentation. Nous considérons que les idées développées dans ce livre ne peuvent être contenues dans cette dissertation ; par conséquent, nous nous sommes confinés à l’analyse de certains types d’argumentation employés par l'écrivain, et qui ont un effet substantiel sur le processus d’argumentation.

The book "Islam and Political Despotism" by Sheikh Mohammed Al-Ghazali is a historical document that records the writer's battles against injustice and tyranny and highlights his positions on many issues of politics and governance. By writing this book, he intended to confront the tyrant rulers and confront them, and to explain that the injustices they commit against the people and the right of the nation are a deviation from the principles of Islam. The writer also exposed the policies of the Western disguised as freedom and human means. Perhaps this is what prompted me to take this book as a subject of study from the point of view of argumentation, and I imagine that the book included many techniques of argumentation, and included many factors and links to argumentation. This article does not have enough space to have complete knowledge of them. Therefore I thought that the study should be limited to analyzing some of the types of arguments used by the writer, which is a textual argument, the use of which had a clear effect on the argumentation process.

يعد كتاب الإسلام والاستبداد السياسي للشيخ محمد الغزالي وثيقة تاريخية تسجل للكاتب معاركه ضد الظلم والاستبداد، وتبرز مواقفه تجاه الكثير من قضايا السياسة وشؤون الحكم، وقد قصد من وراء تأليفه مجابهة الحكام المستبدين والتصدي لهم، وبيان أن ما يقترفونه من مظالم في حق الشعب وحق الأمة هو انحراف عن مبادئ الإسلام، كما تولى الكاتب فضح سياسات الغرب المقنع بزي الحرية والمعاني الإنسان، ولعل هذا الذي دفعني إلى اتخاذ هذه المدونة موضوعا للدراسة من وجهة حجاجية، وإني أتصور أن الكتاب قد تضمن الكثير من تقنيات الحجاج، واشتمل على العديد من العوامل والروابط الحجاجية، وإن الإلمام بها كلها لا يتسع له هذا المقال، ولذا رأيت أن تقتصر الدراسة على تحليل بعض أنواع الحجج التي وظفها الكاتب، وهي الحجة النصية والتي كان في توظيفها أثر واضح في العملية الحجاجية.
