المستخلص: Nous avons essayé de répondre à la problématique suivante : S'agit-il d'une traduction, d'une traduction auctoriale, ou d'une réécriture, en s'auto-traduisant ?
Afin de résoudre cette problématique, nous avons défini d'abord les différents termes, ensuite, nous avons entamé l'analyse et la critique de l'auto-traduction du " Mémoires d'un témoin de siècle " de Malek Bennebi, en étudiant les choix traductifs faits par l'auto-traducteur.
En guise de conclusion, nous avons présenté les résultats obtenus qui montrent que l'auto-traduction est une forme particulière de traduction, dans laquelle le traducteur, privilégié par les droits d'auteur, ne cesse de supprimer, d'ajouter et de changer, pour diverses raisons: sociale, religieuse et civilisationnelle.


لقد حاولنا في هذا البحث الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: مثل ترجمة الكتاب لأعمالهم هي ترجمة عادية أو ترجمة تأليفية أم أنها لا تعدو أن تكون كتابة ثانية للنص ذاته. فبعد تقديم لضبط للمصطلحات، قمنا بدراسة نقدية لترجمة مالك بن نبي لكتابه مذكرات شاهد للقرن وخلصنا من خلال البحث إلى كون الترجمة الذاتية شكل خاص من أشكال الترجمة، وأن النص المترجم ذاتيا يفوق في قيمته الأدبية النص المترجم من طرف شخص آخر. حيث أن المترجم الذاتي ولكونه يتمتع بحصانة صاحب النص الأصلي، فهو يتجاوز بشكل أسهل صعوبات الترجمة.

In this paper, we have tried to answer the following problem: such as translating a book into their work is a regular translation or an author translation, or is it just second writing of the text itself. After introducing a terminology adjustment, we critically studied the translation of Malik bin Nabi for his book Muzakkeraat Shahid Lil-Qarn and concluded through research that self-translation is a special form of translation and that the self-translated text outweighs in moral value the text translated by another person. As a self-translator and having the immunity of the author of the original text, he easily surpasses the difficulties of translation.
