|a إن التحولات الاقتصادية الحالية أين اشتدت حدة المنافسة أصبحت المؤسسات تواجه منافسة شديدة، وأصبح بقائها مرهونا بالتأقلم مع التغيرات البيئية ومسايرتها، وقصد التكيف مع المحيط التنافسي الذي يتميز بالتقدم التقني والتطور التكنولوجي، أصبح الأداء أحد المنافذ التي تساهم في كسب ميزات تنافسية للمؤسسات المناعية من خلال التأثير على مؤشراته (الكفاءة، الإنتاجية،..). لذا يسعى قطاع الهاتف الثقال إلى تبني الأسس العامة للتنافس باعتبارها المحرك الرئيسي في هذه الصناعة، وهذا من أجل تحسين ورفع من كفاءته وبالتالي رفع من كفاءته التنافسية على المستويين المحلى والدولي.

|d Les transformations economies actuelles se caractérisent par la force de concurrence , que les entreprises sont face à cette concurrence sévère sont demeure dépend de sont adaptation aux changements de l’environnement et celui de concurrence qui se caractérise par le développement technique et technologique, la performance devient un des ports primordiaux pour acquérir les caractéristiques de concurrence pour les entreprises industrielle grâce a l’influence des indice suivant(la compétence, la productivité…), si pour sa le secteur de téléphone mobile adopte les principes du concurrence, en le considèrent comme un moteur essentiel pour cette industrie, et pour l’ amélioration et l’augmentation de son performance et son compétence concurrence au niveau local et international.
