المستخلص: L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer le degré d'application de divers principes de management de la qualité totale et les différents niveaux de la responsabilité sociale adoptés par les entreprises économiques d’une manière générale et les entreprises de l'industrie agro-alimentaire en particulier. Afin de réaliser les objectifs de l'étude, les chercheur a mené un questionnaire qui comprend 34 paragraphes pour recueillir les données brutes de l'échantillon en question estimé à 174 entreprises qui sont actives dans le domaine de l'industrie alimentaire . .Tout cela s’effectue à la lumière des données recueillies et les hypothèses d'analyse et tests de données basées sur le Programme (SPSS).

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تطبيق مختلف مبادئ تسيير الجودة الشاملة ومستويات المسؤولية الاجتماعية من طرف المؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة عامة ومؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية الجزائرية بصفة خاصة، ومن أجل لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان تضمنت 34 فقرة، وذلك لغرض تجميع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة المقدرة ب 174 مؤسسة تنشط في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية، وعلى ضوء المعطيات المحصلة تم القيام بتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على برنامج (SPSS)

This study aims to determine the degree of application of the various principles of total quality management and levels of social responsibility by economic institutions in general and Algerian food industry institutions in particular. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire containing 34 paragraphs was designed for the purpose of compiling the initial data from the study sample estimated at 174 institutions active in the food industry sector. Based on the data obtained, data analysis and hypotheses testing were carried out using SPSS.
