المستخلص: la presse écrite prête une grande attention à la publication des nouvelles de crimes comme un droit de savoir et aussi un produit hautement consommable , Il est principalement un droit de la république dans les médias,Cette tache est régie par l’engagement professionnel à des règles juridiques et éthiques, Ce oblige un examen de la responsabilité sociale suite aux intensifications et exagérations sur les couvertures médiatique du crime, la polémique persiste entre les partisans et les opposants sur la faisabilité.

تولي الصحافة المكتوبة اهتماما كبيرا بنشر أخبار الجرائم كحقّ مشروع، وهو واجب أيضا تحقيقا لمبدأ حق الجمهور في الإعلام، لكن هذه التغطية قد تعوزها المهنية بالالتزام بالقواعد القانونية والأخلاقية مما يحتم مراجعة المسؤولية الاجتماعية للصحافة، نظرا للتكثيف الملفت والمبالغة والإثارة في التغطية الإعلامية للجريمة، في ظل الجدل الذي سيظل قائما بين الإعلاميين حول اتجاهات جدوى النشر بين مؤيد ومعارض.

The written press attaches great importance to the dissemination of news of crimes as a legitimate right, which is also a duty in fulfilment of the principle of the public's right to information. However, this coverage may lack professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical rules, which makes it imperative to review the social responsibility of the press, given the striking intensification, exaggeration and excitement of media coverage of crime, in light of the controversy that will continue to persist among media professionals about trends in the feasibility of publishing between supporters and opponents.
