|f The Arabic poem witnessed a variety of geometric patterns, the poetry of al-tard and al-'aks. It is one of the techniques that poets of the Mamluk and Ottoman times were very fond of. That is a desire for creativity and innovation, and to highlight their linguistic prowess and rhetorical superiority. Some researchers have counted these forms of the creations of these two ages. It is a verbal formality skill. Critics have divided this poetry into sections that have contributed to poetic renewal, regardless of some positions that reject it.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a شهدت القصيدة العربية أنماطا هندسية متنوّعة، منها شعر الطرد والعكس .وهي تقنية من التقنيات التي أولع بها شعراء العصرين المملوكي والعثماني، وذلك رغبة في الإبداع والتّجديد، وفي إبراز براعتهم اللغوية وتفوقهم البلاغي. وقد عدّ البعض من الباحثين هذه الأشكال من إبداعات هذين العصرين. وهي مهارة شكلية لفظية. وقد قسّم النقّاد هذا الشِّ عر إلى أقسام ساهمت في التجديد الشعري بغض النظر عن بعض المواقف الرافضة لذلك.
