المستخلص: لقد تشكلت في العقود الماضية، ومع تسارع الأزمات الاقتصادية والمالية والتطور الهائل في التفكير الاقتصادي والإداري، الكثير من التحديات التي تواجه المنظمة الحديثة.
ومن أهم هذه التحديات، قدرة المنظمة على تحسين أدائها وفعاليتها وتجتب أو التكيف مع مختلف الظروف الصعبة والمتجددة التي تواجهها. وإذا أضفنا إليها متطلبات التنمية المستدامة ازدادت المسألة تحديا وتعقيدا.
لهذا تحاول كل المنظمات استعمال كل الوسائل المتاحة من أجل رفع هذا التحدي، ومن هذه الوسائل مجال المعرفة.
ونحن في عصر اقتصاد المعرفة أصبحت عملية إدارة المعرفة عملية بالغة الأهمية لكل المنظمات، لهذا سنحاول في هذه الورقة معرفة مدى أهمية هذه العملية في تحسين أداء المنظمة؟ والتركيز على جوانب التنمية المستدامة؟
وهل يمكن اعتبار إدارة المعرفة ركيزة أساسية في عملية تحسين الأداء في المنظمات الحديثة؟

un bon nombre des défis auxquels fait face l'organisation moderne a été formée dans les dernières décennies, avec l'accélération des crises économiques et financières et l'énorme développement dans la pensée économique et la gestion, Le plus important de ces défis, la capacité de l'Organisation pour améliorer leur performance et leur efficacité et pour éviter ou faire face à diverses circonstances difficiles. Et Si l'on ajoute les exigences du développement durable la question augmente sa difficulté et sa complexité. afin d'aborder ce défi toutes les organisations tentent d'utiliser tous les moyens disponibles cela signifie le domaine de la connaissance. Nous sommes dans l'ère de l'économie de la connaissance ou la gestion des connaissances est devenue importante à toutes les organisations, alors nous allons essayer dans le présent document sais à quel point ce processus dans l'amélioration de la performance de l'organisation? Et se concentrer sur les aspects du développement durable? et est ce que on peut considérée La gestion des connaissances comme un pilier fondamental dans le processus d'amélioration de performance dans les organisations modernes?

In the past decades, with the acceleration of economic and financial crises and the tremendous development of economic and administrative thinking, many challenges facing modern organizations have been shaped. One of the most important challenges is the ability of the organization to improve its performance and effectiveness and to adapt to the various difficult and renewed circumstances it faces. If we add to it the requirements of sustainable development, the issue becomes more challenging and complex.
That is why all organizations are trying to use all available means to meet this challenge, such as the field of knowledge.
We are in the era of the knowledge economy, knowledge management has become a very important process for all organizations, so in this paper, we will try to figure out how important this process is in improving the performance of the organization? Focus on sustainable development aspects?
Can knowledge management be seen as a key pillar in improving performance in modern organizations?
