المستخلص: The French colonial policies in Algeria just like Zionist policies in Palestine, through settlements, have had profound consequences in the structure of socio-cultural of the two peoples of Algeria and the Palestinian. These settlements' based policies had dramatic impacts on local population as their displacement was a key element in the settlements' strategy, along with the encouragements of Europeans and individuals from other parts of the world to settle in areas of displaced locals for the purpose to alter the demographic equation and impose a fait accompli in case of any future compromises. Furthermore, France since its occupation of Algeria in 1830, and Israel after its founding in 1948 had sought to blur the identity of the Algerian people and the Palestinian by all means through a long time of distortion of culture and identity of the two peoples, discredition of all previous civilizations so that historical facts had been reproduced to sustain colonisation' interests.

أحدث سياسات الاستعمار الفرنسي في الجزائر والصهيوني في فلسطين عبر ظاهرة الاستيطان نتائج عميقة في التركيبة السوسيو ثقافية للشعبين الجزائري والفلسطيني، فبالإضافة إلى تهجير السكان المحليين وإحلال فئات من أوربا ومختلف بقاع العالم محلهم في مسعى لتغيير المعادلة السكانية وفرض الأمر الواقع تحسبا لأي تسويات مستقبلية ،سعت فرنسا منذ احتلالها الجزائر سنة 1830 م، وإسرائيل بعد تأسيسها عام 1948 م إلى طمس هوية الشعبين الجزائري والفلسطيني بكل الوسائل من خلال فصول طويلة من سياسات تشويه حضارة وهوية الشعبين، ومعالم الحضارات السابقة وإخفاء الحقائق التاريخية، وتزوير البارز منها أو تغييرها من الأساس .
