هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التنمر الإلكتروني بصورتيه (المتنمر والضحية وكلا "من العوامل الستة الكبرى للشخصية في ضوء نموذج (HEXACO) والشفقة بالذات لدى طلبة الجامعة. وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق في التنمر الإلكتروني بصورتيه (المتنمر والضحية) والعوامل الستة الكبرى للشخصية في ضوء نموذج (HEXACO) والشفقة بالذات تبعا" لمتغير الجنس ولمرحلة الجامعية ومعرفة إمكانية التنبؤ بالتنمر الإلكتروني لدى طلبة الجامعة من خلال العوامل الستة الكبرى للشخصية في ضوء نموذج (HEXACO) والشفقة بالذات. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٥٢٩) من طلبة الجامعة، منهم (٢٢٨) من الذكور، و(٣٠١) من الإناث، و(٢٩٩) من طلبة المرحلة الأولى، (٢٣٠) من طلبة المرحلة الرابعة. واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس التنمر الإلكتروني (صور المتنمر والضحية) إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس العوامل الستة الكبرى للشخصية في ضوع نموذج HEXACO أعداد أشتون ولي (Ashton &Lee 2014) ترجمة الباحثة، ومقياس الشفقة بالذات إعداد نيف (Neff 2003) ترجمة (عويضة، 2016). وتوصلت النتائج إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين عامل (الصدق والانبساطية والمقبولية ويقظة الضمير) وصور المتنمر، ووجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين عامل العاطفية والانفتاح على الخبرة وصور المتنمر. كما وجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين عامل الصدق والعاطفية والمقبولية والانفتاح على الخبرة والوقوع ضحية للتنمر الإلكتروني، وعلاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين عامل الانبساطية ويقظة الضمير والوقوع ضحية للتنمر الإلكتروني. ووجدت علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين الشفقة بالذات والتنمر الإلكتروني بصورتيه (التنمر والضحية). كما وجد أن الطلاب الذكور كانوا أكثر تنمرا "إلكترونيا"، بينما الإناث كن ضحايا أكثر. ووجدت فروق دالة بين الذكور والإناث في عامل الصدق-التواضع ويقظة الضمير والمقبولية في اتجاه الإناث في حين لم توجد فروق دالة بين الذكور والإناث في عامل العاطفية والانبساطية والانفتاح على الخبرة. كما لم توجد فروق دالة في الشفقة بالذات بين الذكور والإناث. كذلك وجدت فروق بين طلبة المرحلة الرابعة وطلبة المرحلة الأولى، في التنمر الإلكتروني في اتجاه طلبة المرحلة الرابعة وفي صور ضحية التنمر الإلكتروني في اتجاه طلبة المرحلة الأولى. وكذلك وجدت فروق دالة بين طلبة المرحلة الرابعة وطلاب المرحلة الأولى في عامل يقظة الضمير والمقبولية في اتجاه طلبة المرحلة الرابعة، وفي عامل العاطفية لصالح طلبة المرحلة الأولى. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة بين طلاب المرحلتين الرابعة والأولى في عامل الصدق- التواضع والانبساطية والانفتاح على الخبرة. كما أمكن التنبؤ بالتنمر الإلكتروني من خلال انخفاض المقبولية والصدق ويقظة الضمير، وارتفاع العاطفية والانفتاح على الخبرة، وأمكن التنبؤ بضحايا التنمر الإلكتروني من خلال ارتفاع المقبولية والانفتاح على الخبرة والعاطفية، وانخفاض الانبساطية والشفقة بالذات.
The present Study aimed at identifying the relationship between Cyber-bullying in both forms (bullying and victimization) and "the six major factors of personality of the HEXACO model and Self Compassion of university students. As well as the detection of differences in cyber bullying (bullying and victim) and the six major factors of personality of the HEXACO model and Self Compassion according to the gender and level the university. and to predict the predictability of Cyber bullying among university students through the six major factors of personality of the HEXACO model and Self Compassion. The sample consisted of (529) students of the university, (228 ) males, (301) females, and( 299) of the first stage students ,and 230) students of the fourth stage. The researcher used the Cyber bullying scale (the bully and the victim), the researcher's preparation, and the six major factors of personality of the HEXACO model. Ashton & Lee (2014), translation of the researcher, and the Self¬-Compassion Scale (Neff, 2003) translation of (Aweida, 2016). The results found that there is a negative correlation between factor (Honesty, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness) and cyber bullying, and there was a positive correlation between the factor (Emotionality and openness to experience) and cyber bullying. As for the victim's, there was a positive correlation between (Honesty, Emotionality, Agreeableness and openness of experience, and victimization of Cyber bullying. There was also a negative correlative relationship between Extraversion and Conscientiousness, and the victim of Cyber bullying. A negative correlation was found between self-Compassion and Cyber bullying (bullying and victim). male students were more "Cyber bullying", while females were more victims. And found significant differences between males and females in Honesty - Humility, Conscientiousness and Agreeableness in favor of females. And there were no significant differences between males and females in Emotionality, Extraversion and the Openness of experience. While there were no significant differences in Self Compassion between males and females. In addition, there were differences between the students of the fourth stage and the students of the first stage in cyber bullying for the fourth stage students. And in the victims of cyber bullying for the first stage students. There were also significant differences between the students of the fourth stage and the students in the first stage in Conscientiousness and Agreeableness in favor of the students of the fourth stage. There were also significant differences in the Emotionality for the students of the first stage. Also, there were no significant differences between the students of the fourth stage and the first in Honesty, Openness to experience and Extraversion. Predictability of Cyber bullying through low Agreeableness, Honesty and Conscientiousness, and high Emotionality and openness to experience, and it was possible to predict the victims of Cyber bullying through high Agreeableness and openness to experience and Emotionality and Low extraversion and self-pity
