المستخلص: انطلاقا من إن النشر العلمي يمثل الطريق العلمي والفاعل وأحد أهم المقاييس المستخدمة لتقدير مستوى الإنتاج العلمي وأهم آليات مشاركة وإثراء المعرفة العلمية وإيصالها إلى من يحتاجها، وتحقيق متطلبات التبادل المعرفي. لا قيمة للعلم مالم يتم نشره وإتاحته لخدمة البشرية، وانطلاقا مما يشهده النشر من تطورات جذرية فيما تشهده المجتمعات المعاصرة من ثورات وتحديات تكنولوجية ومعرفية انعكست أثارها على كافة مجلات الحياة وأحدثت تغيرات جذرية في الطريقة التي نحيا بها ونعمل بها، ونتعلم بها، ونبحث بها، والطريقة التي ننشر إنتاجنا العلمي بها. سعت الورقة البحثية الحالية تستعرض وتناقش ابرز الاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال النشر العلمي ومعايير ترتيبه وتقييمه، بطريقة تحليلية متناولة مراحل تطور النشر العلمي وأشكاله وصوره ومداخل تقييمه والاتجاهات المعاصرة المتعلقة به مع توضيح المميزات والمعوقات التي تحول دون الأخذ به والاستفادة منه في تطويره وتحقيقه لأهدافه، وذلك من خلال تناول النقاط التالية: (المقصود بالنشر -العلمي مراحل تطوره وأنواعه، أشكال النشر العلمي وصوره، ومداخل تقييم وترتيب جودة النشر- بالمجلات والدوريات العلمية، الاتجاهات الحديثة في النشر العلمي من حيث موضوعاته وقنواته النشر وجودته وتقييمه.

Proceeding from the fact that scientific publication represents the scientific and effective way and one of the most important measures used to estimate the level of scientific production and the most important mechanisms for the participation and enrichment of scientific knowledge and communicate to those who need it, and achieve the requirements of knowledge exchange. - There is no value for science unless it is published and made available to serve mankind, and starting from what witnesses the publication of radical developments in what is happening in contemporary societies of revolutions and technological and cognitive challenges that have reflected their effects on all the magazines of life and have radically changed the way we live, work, learn and research. And the way we publish our scientific output. The present research paper sought to review and discuss the most recent trends in the field of scientific publishing and the criteria of its arrangement and evaluation, in an analytical manner dealing with the stages of the development of scientific publishing and its forms, forms, portraits of evaluation and contemporary trends related to it with clarification of the advantages and constraints that prevent it from being used and benefit from it in the development and achievement of its objectives, through Address the following points: (What is meant by scientific publishing stages of development and types, Forms of scientific publishing and image, Introduction to the evaluation and arrangement of the quality of publication in scientific journals and periodicals, Recent trends in scientific publishing in terms of topics and channels of publishing, quality and evaluation.
