المستخلص: For more than a decade, the government has been heavily involved in digitizing public administration. To make up for the delay registered in the field, a plan named "e-Algeria 2013" was launched in 2009 to integrate into the information society and the digital economy. We will briefly discuss in this article the modernization of public administration according to NPM principles. We will mention the actions undertaken to digitize the administration, the achievement rates of all the axes of the "e-Algeria" plan as estimated in 2018. Finally we will examine the relevance of the online public services " Elmouatin "as well as the obstacles that slow down the completion of the digitization process.

Depuis plus d’une décennie le gouvernement s’implique massivement pour numériser l’administration publique. Pour rattraper le retard enregistré dans le domaine, un plan « e-Algérie 2013 » fut lancé en 2009 pour s’intégrer dans la société de l’information et l’économie numérique. Nous allons aborder brièvement dans cet article la modernisation de l’administration publique selon les principes du NMP. Nous allons citer les actions engagées en vue de numériser l’administration ainsi que les taux de réalisation de tous les axes du plan « e-Algérie » tel qu’estimés en 2018. Enfin nous examinerons la pertinence du portail des services publics en ligne «Elmouatin» ainsi que les entraves qui ralentissent l’aboutissement du processus de numérisation.
