المستخلص: This study aimed to analyze the ability of the sports institution in Sudan to achieve sustainable success by benefiting from the legacy of the Qatar World Cup (2022) in systematic planning and improving sports management systems in Sudan from the point of view of the study sample. The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct the study. The study population consisted of students of faculties and institutes of physical education and sports in Sudan, selected by the interim sampling method; their number was (375). In addition to the Olympic Committee employees and academic referees, their number was (20) individuals and experts in sports management sciences, researchers, and media professionals, selected by the probability sampling method for experts and specialists with various years of experience and academic qualifications, (120) individuals. The research sample reached (515) individuals and (495) individuals for the primary sample. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for research in data collection and interviews and referendums. The questionnaire was regulated by finding the validity and reliability of the points and paragraphs and regulating the study sample by finding discrepancies within one group and between groups. The researchers relied on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program for data analysis and statistical procedure. The key results of the study are summarized in the fact that the legacy of the Qatar World Cup (2022) contributes to increasing the ability of the sports institution in Sudan to achieve sustainable success and increase the ability to systematic planning and improve sports management systems in Sudan to a very large extent. The shift towards sustainable success requires a radical change at the level of the cognitive model and the consolidation of the integration of sustainable development efforts and efforts to preserve the environment, where the most important recommendations were to revitalize joint cooperation agreements between Sudan and Qatar and develop them in a way that achieves sustainable success, within the concept of sustainable competitive advantage.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل قدرة المؤسسة الرياضية في السودان، على تحقيق النجاح المستدام من خلال الاستفادة من إرث مونديال قطر (2022)، في القدرة على التخطيط المنهجي، وتحسين نظم الادارة الرياضية في السودان من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لإجراء الدراسة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلاب كليات ومعاهد التربية البدنية والرياضة بالسودان، الذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة
المرحلية وعددهم (375) فردا بالإضافة إلى العاملين باللجنة الأولمبية ومحكمين أكاديميين عددهم (20) فردا وخبراء في علوم الإدارة الرياضية، باحثين واعلاميين تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة الاحتمالية للخبراء والمتخصصين وبمتغيرات سنوات الخبرة.
المؤهلات الأكاديمية عددهم (120) فردا. بلغ عدد عينة البحث (515) فردا و(495) فردا للعينة الأساسية تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة للبحث في جمع البيانات إلى جانب المقابلات الشخصية والاستفتاء، وقد تم تقنين الاستبانة بإيجاد الصدق والثبات للمحاور والفقرات، وتقنين عينة الدراسة بإيجاد التباين داخل المجموعة الواحدة وبين المجموعات، وقد اعتمد الباحثون على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية لتحليل البيانات والإجراء الإحصائي وتلخصت أهم نتائج الدراسة في أن إرث مونديال قطر (2022) يسهم في زيادة قدرة المؤسسة الرياضية في السودان على تحقيق النجاح المستدام وزيادة، القدرة على التخطيط المنهجي وتحسين نظم الإدارة الرياضية في السودان بدرجة كبيرة جدا وإن التحول نحو استدامة النجاح يستوجب تغير جذري على مستوى النموذج المعرفي وتعزيز دمج جهود التنمية المستدامة وجهود الحفاظ على البيئة حيث جاءت أهم التوصيات في تنشيط اتفاقيات التعاون المشترك بين السودان وقطر وتطويرها بشكل يحقق النجاح المستدام، ضمن مفهوم الميزة التنافسية المستدامة.


L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser la capacité de l’institution sportive soudanaise à atteindre un succès durable en tirant parti de l’héritage de la Coupe du Monde (2022) en ce qui concerne la capacité de planification et d’amélioration systématiques des systèmes de gestion du sport au Soudan. La population à l'étude peut être composée d'étudiants des facultés et instituts d'éducation physique et du sport au Soudan, qui ont été sélectionnés dans l'échantillon provisoire (375), en plus du personnel du Comité olympique et de 20 arbitres universitaires et experts en sciences du sport, des chercheurs et des médias sélectionnés Probabilité de l'échantillon d'experts et de spécialistes et variables années d'expérience.
Les diplômes sont (120) individus. Le nombre d'échantillons de recherche (515) et (495) individus de l'échantillon de base a été utilisé comme outil principal de recherche de la collecte de données.
Les chercheurs ont utilisé des progiciels statistiques destinés aux sciences sociales pour analyser des données et des procédures statistiques, dont les principaux résultats ont résumé le patrimoine de la Coupe du monde de football au Qatar ( 2022) contribue à accroître la capacité de l’institution sportive soudanaise à atteindre un succès durable et à renforcer considérablement la capacité de planification et d’amélioration systématiques des systèmes de gestion du sport au Soudan; le passage à la durabilité du succès exige un changement radical du Le modèle de connaissances a pour objectif de renforcer l'intégration des efforts de développement durable et de préservation de l'environnement, les recommandations les plus importantes étant d'activer et de développer des accords de coopération communs entre le Soudan et le Qatar de manière à obtenir un succès durable dans le concept d'un avantage concurrentiel durable.
