|b The domain of Medical responsibility in Morocco knows many contrasts and ambiguities. Indeed, we often talk about a legal vacuum Whereas in reality by Morocco has a rich legal arsenal in this area that allows the protection of any injured patient. In addition, the situation remains unclear due to the absence of statistics issued by the authorities, also because of the lack of studies this subject to provide information on the typology of errors and their frequency or because the reluctance of the victim of medical error, even though he has the means to defend his rights.

|d le domaine de la responsabilité médicale au Maroc connait beaucoup de contrastes voir d'ambiguïtés. En effet, on parle assez sauvant de vide juridique alors qu on réalitéle Maroc dispose d'un arsenal juridique exhaustif en la matière qui permet la protection de tout patient lésé. Par ailleurs, la situation demeure floue en raison de l'absence de statistiques délivrées par les autorités, en raison également du manque d'études sur le sujet permettant de renseigner sur le typologie des erreurs de leur fréquence ou encore en raison de la réticence du patient victime d'errrear médicale bien que ce dernier dispose des moyens pour défendre ces droits.
