|a اهتم المشرع الجزائري بفرض العناية الكاملة للحق في الخصوصية، من خلال دسترته وتسخير عدد من نصوصه التشريعية العادية والتنظيمية لتكريس حمايته الجزائية والمدنية، تغطية لجميع أنواع الاعتداء التي قد تنال من حرمته وسلامته بطريقة جزئية أو كلية، لما يترتب عن المساس به أو بأحد عناصره من أثار سلبية على كرامة الأفراد وسمعتهم، وحرمة أسرهم ومكانتهم، بالموازاة مع مراعاة الحماية المستحقة لباقي المصالح والحقوق التي قد تتضرر بسبب التعسف في التمتع بهذا الحق، من خلال تعريض مشروعيته لقيود وضوابط محددة.

|b The Algerian legislator has taken a great care in ensuring that the right to privacy is fully respected by the general public, through its constitution by using a number of organizational legislations to establish its criminal and civil protection, covering all types of abuse that may prejudice his or her dignity and integrity in a partial or total manner. The harm caused to him or family members can leave a negative effects on the dignity of individuals and their reputation, the inviolability of their families and their status, in line with the legitimacy of the enjoyment of specific controls in response to the requirements of fighting crime and the protection of public and individual interests that may be affected by its use in an absolute manner.
