|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الآثار التي أحدثتها قوانين الانتخابات البرلمانية الأردنية على مستوى المشاركة السياسية، وذلك على صعيد المشاركة، والتمثيل للأحزاب السياسية والمرأة، في كل نظامٍ انتخابي استخدم في الانتخابات البرلمانية الأردنية، خلال الفترة 1989-2016م. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أولا إن التنوع في النظم الانتخابية التي مرت في الحياة البرلمانية الأردنية، جاء نتيجة السعي نحو الإصلاح داخل الدولة الأردنية. ثانياً: أثرت قوانين الانتخابات في مستوى المشاركة السياسية، وبشكل خاص في واقع المشاركة، وفي تمثيل الأحزاب السياسية والمرأة داخل مجلس النواب الأردني، منذ انتخاب المجلس الحادي عشر في 8/11/1989م، وحتى انتخاب المجلس الثامن عشر في 20/9/2016م. وأوصت الدراسة أولاً: أن ينظر في النظام الانتخابي لعام 2016م، من ناحية وضع (نسبة رقمية) تشجيعًا لمشاركة الأحزاب السياسية في البرلمان، ثانياً: الحفاظ على حق مشاركة المرأة في قوانين الانتخابات، سواء بشكل فردي أو ضمن القوائم. ثالثاً: انضمام الشباب والنساء إلى عضوية الأحزاب السياسية الأردنية؛ لضمان مشاركتهم وتمثيلهم في مجلس النواب.

|b This study aims to identify the impact of the Jordanian parliamentary election laws on the level of political participation in the representation of political parties and the representation of women in every electoral system used in the Jordanian parliamentary elections from 1989 to 2016. The study concluded first: that the diversity of electoral systems through Jordanian parliamentary life was the result of the progress of reform in the Jordanian state. Second: Electoral laws have affected the level of political participation, especially in the participation and representation of political parties and the representation of women in the Jordanian Parliament since the elections of the Eleventh Parliament on 8/11/1989 to the parliamentary elections eighteen on 20/9 / 2016. The study recommended first: that the electoral system for 2016 be considered in terms of establishing a "Digital ratio" in order to enhance the participation of political parties in parliament. Second: the right to women's participation in election laws should be maintained, either individually or in lists. Three: Participation of youth and women in the membership of Jordanian political parties to ensure their participation and representation in the House of Representatives.
