(أسباب النزول وعلاقتها بالسنة النبوية دراسة نظرية تطبيقية ( السنة النبوية بها يعرف بيان كثير من نصوص القرآن، فهي التي ترشدنا إلى معرفة بيان النص القرآني وأسباب النزول والناسخ والمنسوخ، والعام والخاص، والمجمل والمفصل، والمبهم والمشكل في القرآن، ومن هنا يتبين لنا جليا منزلتها ومكانتها وحجيتها. والاقتصار على القرآن أمر مستحيل وممنوع ومرفوض شرعا وعقلا، لأن القرآن أحوج إلى السنة من حاجة السنة إلى القرآن، لأن السنة بينة بنفسها، مشروحة وواضحة، والقرآن على قسمين: الأول: قسم أنزله الله تعالى ابتداء غير مرتبط بسبب، والثاني: وهو القسم الذي له علاقة بسبب من الأسباب الخاصة، وهو ما يعبر عنه بـ (أسباب النزول). إن تعريف هذا الفن لم يكن محدد المعالم بشكله الدقيق حتى أتى الإمام السيوطي فعرفه قائلا: ((ما نزلت الآية أيام وقوعه)) لذلك وجدنا في مؤلفات سبقت السيوطي – كالواحدي – وهو أشهر مؤلف في أسباب النزول – أنهم أدخلوا في أسباب النزول ما ليس منها. وأسباب النزول هي نصوص حديثية، لذلك لابد من إخضاعها لقواعد علم مصطلح الحديث وهو المنهج الأمثل في قبول الروايات أو ردها، وأسباب النزول باعتبارها رواية حديثية ينضم إلى قسم التفسير بالمأثور، وهذا ما نجده واضحا عند المفسرين ممن اعتنى بجانب الرواية، كما نلحظه عند المحدثين حين يذكرون الروايات التفسيرية للقرآن الكريم. وروايات أسباب النزول الصحيحة قليلة بالنسبة لعدد آيات القرآن، وبالنسبة للكم الهائل الوارد في كتب التفسير وأن أكثر القرآن نزل ابتداء بدون سبب ليعالج الأوضاع والعادات الفاسدة. ولأسباب النزول فوائد عديدة لا يستغنى عنها في حال من الأحوال، منها: الاستعانة بسبب النزول على فهم المعنى المراد من الآية، ودفع الإشكال عن ظاهرها والغموض الذي يحيط بها، فقد جاء في القرآن الكريم آيات لا نستطيع الوقوف على معناها الصحيح والدقيق إلا إذا علمنا قصتها، وسبب نزولها، وليس ذلك يخل في التذوق الأدبي، أو بجهل بالعربية واللغة. وقد ذكرت أمثلة تطبيقية في ذلك بهذا البحث.
Reasons of Revelation and its relation to Sunnah. An Empirical Study Through the Sunnah of the Prophet, many of the texts of the Koran are known. It guides us to know the statement of the text of the Holy Quran and the reasons of descent and the scribe and copied texts, the public and private, the comprehensive and detailed, the vague and the form in the Holy Quran, and thus clearly shows its status and its reasons. The restriction on the Quran is impossible and forbidden and prohibited by both the Sharia and the mind, because the Quran is more needed to the Sunnah than to of the need of the Sunnah to the Quran. Because the Sunnah is self-explanatory, clear and is explained. The Holy Qur'an is divided into two parts: the first: a section revealed formerly by ALLAH which is not linked from the beginning by any reasons. And the second: the section which has a relationship due to special reasons. This section is expressed by (reasons for descent). The definition of this art was not specified in its precise form until Imam al-Suyuti came, He defined it by saying: "The Aiat was revealed in the days of its occurrence." Therefore, we found in the books that preceded Suyuti - Al-Kawahdi–who is the most famous author of the reasons for the descent which are not concerned- And the reasons for descent which are considered modern texts, so it must be subject to the rules of the science of the term modern, the best approach to accept or respond to the narration, and the reasons for descent as a modern narration joins the Department of Interpretation by the word. This is what we find clear when the interpreters who took care of the side of the narration, as we notice in the modern interpreters when they mention the interpretive of narratives of the Holy Qur'an and the correct number of the reasons for the descent of the Aiats of the Holy Quran, and the vast amount contained in the books of interpretation and that the most of the Holy Quran came down without reasons to deal with the conditions and corrupt customs.
