|a يتناول هذا البحث منهج الشيخ التواتي بن التواتي الجزائري في تفسيره الدر الثمين والاتجاه العام له، حيث قسم البحث إلى مبحثين: الأول: تناولنا فيه التعريف بالشيخ وتفسيره، والتعريف بمنهجيته في التفسير، ثم المنهج العام له، أما المبحث الثاني: فقد تناولنا فيه المنهج التفصيلي للشيخ في تفسيره من خلال إيراد بعض الأمثلة والتعليقات ثم وضعنا تقييما للتفسير آخر المبحث بينا فيه أهم ما ظهر لنا من خلال اطلاعنا على تفسيره. وخلاصة ما توصلنا إليه فى خاتمة البحث، أن تفسير الدر الثمين من التفاسير الفقهية التربوية، أي: أن الشيخ اهتم بتقرير الأحكام الشرعية وإصلاح القلوب، ويمكن تصنيف تفسيره ضمن الاتجاه الفقهي كما يمكن تصنيفه ضمن الاتجاه الإصلاحي.

|b This study investigates the approach of the Algerian cheikhTouati Ben Touati and his general trend in the interpretation of the valuable Durr. The study encompasses two sections. The first section included the definition of CheikhTouati himself and his interpretation, his interpretation’s methodology, and his general trend. The second section included cheikhTouati’s approach in a detailed way providing some examples, illustrations, and comments. In the last part of the section, our inferences were given in light of our knowledge and understanding of his interpretation. The findings of the study revealed that the Durr’interpretation is considered to be an educational and jurisprudential one. In other words, cheikhTouati was interested in the determination of the legitimate rules and hearts’ repair. Therefore, his interpretation can be classified to be within a jurisprudence trend or within a jurisprudential trend.
