المستخلص: يتصف عصرنا الحالي- منذ سنوات عديدة- بموجة عاتية تسمى بضمان الجودة والاعتماد. وقد انتشر تطبيق إجراءات ضمان الجودة في كافة المؤسسات التعليمية، بدءا من مرحلة رياض الأطفال وانتهاء بمرحلة التعليم الجامعي. وضمان الجودة هو سلسلة من الإجراءات تستهدف تحقيق جودة التعليم داخل المؤسسة التعليمية، ويعني هذا زيادة الكفاءة والعائد من الأنشطة والعمليات لتحقيق مزيد من المزايا لكل من المؤسسة والعملاء (الطلاب). وهذا الاتجاه الدولي إنما هو نتاج هيمنة الفكر التحرري الجديد القائم على قيم الفاعلية والمنافسة.
وفي هذا الإطار، فإن تطبيق إجراءات تقويمية من شأنها أن تطور جودة التدريس ودمج المتعلمين في إدارة عملية الجودة أصبح ضرورة حتمية. لذا، يعد تقويم التدريس من قبل الطلاب كأحد طرق جمع البيانات والمعلومات عن التدريس نشاط خدمي مفيد وأداة قياس لتحسين جودة التدريس. ومن ثم، أصبح تقويم التدريس من قبل التدريس حلقة مهمة في تحقيق جودة التعليم، تمارس على نطاق واسع في العالم أجمع. وذلك، بعدما أدرك المتخصصون بأنه عنصر رئيس في إدارة الجودة الشاملة.
ويعالج البحث الحالي مفهوم وأهداف تقويم التدريس من قبل الطلاب وإشكاليات التطبيق تصورات المعلمين الخاصة بتقويم التدريس من قبل الطلاب ومعايير وخصائص التدريس المتسم بالجودة وديناميكية المشاركة ومنهجية تقويم التدريس من قبل الطلاب.


Notre époque est, entre autres, caractérisée par un déferlement des démarches Qualité, qui se sont largement développés dans les établissements de l’enseignement supérieur du monde entier. Une démarche qualité désigne ''un ensemble de procédures visant à améliorer la qualité, c'est-à-dire, accroître l'efficacité et le rendement des activités et des processus pour apporter des avantages accrues à la fois à l'organisme et à ses clients''. Cette tendance mondiale a, en fait, résulté de la prégnance de l'idéologie néolibérale bâtie sur les valeurs d'efficacité et de compétitivité.
Dans ce cadre, la mise en place des procédures d'évaluation susceptibles d'améliorer la qualité des enseignements proposés et d'intégrer les étudiants au management de cette qualité, est devenue une nécessité. Sous cet angle, l’évaluation de l'enseignement par les étudiants (ÉEÉ) étant une voie acceptable de production d’informations sur l’enseignement peut être considérée comme une activité de service et/ou un instrument de mesure au service de l’amélioration de la qualité de l’enseignement.


For many years, our current era has been characterized by a surge called quality assurance and reliability. Quality assurance procedures have been widely applied in all educational institutions, from kindergarten to university education. Quality Assurance is a series of actions aimed at achieving quality education within an educational institution, and this means increasing the efficiency and return from activities and processes to achieve greater advantages for both the institution and the clients (students).
This international trend is the product of neoliberal thinking dominance based on the values of effectiveness and competition. In this context, the application of remedial procedures that will improve the quality of teaching and integrate learners into the management of the quality process has become imperative. Therefore, students' evaluation of teaching as one of the methods of collecting data and information about teaching is a useful service activity and a measuring tool to improve the quality of teaching. Hence, the teaching evaluation by teaching has become an important link in achieving quality education, widely practiced throughout the world after the specialists realized that it is a key component of total quality management.
The current research addresses the concept and objectives of the teaching evaluation by students, the problems of application, teachers' perceptions of the teaching evaluation by students, standards and characteristics of quality teaching, dynamic participation, and teaching evaluation methodology by students.
