|a هدفت الدراسة تنمية أداء معلمات العلوم بمنطقة نجران في ضوء المعايير المهنية الوطنية، وذلك ببناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على بحث الدرس Lesson study وبيان فاعليته في ذلك، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وطبقت على عينة بلغت (30) معلمة من معلمات العلوم بالمرحلتين الثانوية والمتوسطة بمدينة نجران، واستخدمت الدراسة بطقاة ملاحظة وبطاقة مقابلة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين: القبلي، والبعدي، للمجموعة التجريبية في أداء معلمات العلوم في منطقة نجران في معيار "تهيئة فرص لتعلم الطلاب وتعزيزه، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات التطبيقين: القبلي، والبعدي، للمجموعة التجريبية في أداء معلمات العلوم في منطقة نجران في معيار "تقويم تعلم الطلاب وتزويدهم بتغذية راجعة بناءة"، ودلت هذه النتائج على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على بحث الدرس "Lesson study" على أداء معلمات العلوم بمنطقة نجران في ضوء المعايير المهنية الوطنية.
|b The study aimed to develop the performance of science teachers in Najran region in light of the national professional standards, by building a training program based on the “Lesson study” lesson and demonstrating its effectiveness in that. The study used a note card and an interview card, and the study found the following: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two applications: pre and post, for the experimental group in the performance of science teachers in the Najran region in the criterion "creating opportunities for students' learning and enhancing it", and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two applications: pre and post, for the experimental group in The performance of science teachers in the Najran region in the standard “Assessing students’ learning and providing them with constructive feedback.” These results indicated the effectiveness of a training program based on the “Lesson study” lesson on the performance of science teachers in the Najran region in the light of national professional standards.
