المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعايير التربوية لإعداد المعلمين عند ( بدر الدين بن جماعة ) من خلال كتابة "تذكرة السامع والمتكلم في آداب العالم والمتعلم" وتقديمها بصورة معاصرة، تسهل علي المتتبع فهمها بسهولة ويسر، وبالنمط نفسه، الذي تقدم فيه الدراسات والنظريات المعاصرة في مجالات التربية، ويتحدد الهدف التربوي عنده في تنمية عقول المتعلمين فيقدم الأشرف فالأشرف، والأهم فالمهم، فيقدم تفسير القرآن الكريم، ثم الحديث ثم أصول الدين ثم المذهب، ثم الخلاف ثم النحو، وانطلاقاً من هذا الترتيب تنظم مراحل التعليم، وطالب المعلمين بمعايير دينية يجب عليهم امتلاكها كي يستطيعوا ممارسة فن التدريس ممارسة ناجحة، كما ألزم المعلمين بمعايير أخلاقية يجب العمل بها إذا شاءوا أن ينجحوا في تعليمهم، ووضع قاعدة أساسية للمعلم في إعداده تعتمد علي العلم بحيث يعرف المعلم ما يعلمه أتم معرفة وأعمقها، وعلي المعلم تقديم ثقافة المجتمع، وكذلك اهتم بتدريب المعلم على البحث والإفادة من كل علم جديد، وابن جماعة له توجيهات تربوية لاتزال أساسية في العملية التعليمية والتربوية منها التدرج في العلم، ومراعاة الفروق الفردية، وبذلك فإن ابن جماعة استطاع تكوين رؤية واضحة ومحددة تجاه العديد من القضايا التي تتعلق بمجملها بإعداد المعلمين وبالعملية التربوية.

The aim of this study is the detection of educational standards of teacher preparation developed by (Bader Eddin Ibn Jamaa’a) through his book “ reminder of listener and speaker in the literature of teacher and learner” and presents it in a modern way, where it is made easy by the interested person to follow and review, in the same pattern used to present the modern studies and theories in the fields of education. Also the educational goal is set and identified in the development of the learners intellect, so he presents the most noble to the noblest and the important to the most important, and he presents the interpretation of the Holy Koran, then the prophetic tradition, then the foundations and origins of religion, then the doctrine, then the disagreement, and taking that as a launch point, the stages of education are organized accordingly, and he required that the teachers should have religious attributes that they should posses so that they can practice the art of teaching as a successful practice, he also stressed that teachers should have moral attributes if they are to be successful in their teaching, and he laid down a basic rule for the teacher in his preparation that is based on the knowledge so that the teacher knows what he teaches wholly and deeply, and the teacher should present the culture of the society. He also stressed in training the teacher in that the teacher should utilize search and to benefit from every new area of science or knowledge. Ibn Jamaa’a has educational directions which are still fundamental in the educational process like step by step approach in science and knowledge ,and taking into account the individual differences, and thus Ibn Jamaa’a has succeeded in forming a clear vision that is well set and identified in regard to many of the issues that relate in their totality with the preparation of teachers and the educational process, the study included an introduction and four parts and a conclusion that included some results.
