المستخلص: من أبرز المعالم التي تميز بها العصر الحاضر تفجر المعرفة، وتزايد أبعادها، مما يصعب على التعليم أن يلاحقه، وهذه الظاهرة أحدثت تغيراً جذريا في بنية الحضارة المعاصرة فقد تقدمت العلوم والتكنولوجيا تقدماً عظيماً، وأصبح ما تحتويه المكتبات الضخمة من آلاف الكتب يمكن تخزينه في بنوك في حيز سهل التناول، وتقاربت والمسافات وأصبحت المشكلات التي تظهر في مكان ما في العالم تجد صداها في أنحاء أخرى منه، وتكونت مناطق جذب العقول المتفوقة من البلاد النامية إلى البلاد المتقدمة،
مما زاد في اتساع الهوة بين هذه البلدان وكذلك زادت أنماط التحديات فلقد صار الاهتمام بإدخال التكنولوجيا والأساليب الحديثة في منظومة التعليم أمراً أساسياً بحيث ترفع جودة التعليم، وتسير وصوله إلى جميع الطلاب والراغبين في التعليم في شتي الأماكن.
وفي ضوء ذلك استهدفت الورقة التدريب عن بعد وتوجهاته المستقبلية، لتؤكد على أن فلسفة التدريب عن بعد لابد وأن تشتق من الفلسفة العامة للنظام التي تخدم فيه ككل بحيث "تكون مرنة وغير مقيدة، تعكس الأوضاع الثقافية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية للدولة، تعكس نوعية إدارة نظام التعليم السائد،
تكون عامة (حيث تسمح بالتغيير والتعديل حسب متغيرات الظروف)، وتحقيق النتائج المرجوة في تطوير الواقع التعليمي" ، ويدعم دورها في تنمية التفكير ومهاراته، ذلك بما يحقق التوجهات المستقبلية والأهداف المرجوة من الاتجاهات الحديثة والعالمية المعاصرة في مجال والتدريب.

One of the most prominent features of the present era is the explosion of knowledge and its increasing dimensions, which is difficult for education to pursue. This phenomenon has radically changed the structure of contemporary civilization. Science and technology have advanced considerably. The thousands of books contained in large libraries can be stored in banks in an easily accessible space, and distances have come closer and problems that appear somewhere in the world are resonate in other parts of the world. Attractions of superior minds have been formed from developing countries to developed countries.
This has increased the gap between these countries, as well as the patterns of challenges. Attention to the introduction of modern technology and methods in the education system has become essential so as to raise the quality of education and facilitate its access to all students and those wishing to study in various places.
In light of this, the paper aimed to study distance training and its future directions, emphasizing that the philosophy of distance training must be derived from the general philosophy of the system that serves it as a whole so that it is “flexible and unrestrained, which reflects the cultural, economic, social and political conditions of the state, and reflects the quality of management of the system for Mainstream education, which is general (allowing for change and adjustment according to the variables of circumstances), and achieve the desired results in the development of educational reality”, and support its role in developing thinking and skills, In order to achieve future directions and objectives of modern and international trends in the field of training.
