المستخلص: Study Problem: The problem of study may be formulated in the following questions: What is the conceptual framework for action research and its relation to the professional development of teachers? What is the reality of the professional development of the teachers of the Azhar institutes? Are there statistically significant differences between respondents' responses to the degree of importance/ availability of the use of action research in the professional development of Azhar secondary institutes teachers according to the study variables? 4. What are the suggested proposal for the use of action research in the professional development of Azhar Secondary institutes teachers? Objectives of the study: The present study aimed to develop a suggested proposal for the use of action research in the professional development of the teachers of Azhar secondary institutes, from which the following sub-objectives are divided: -To define the conceptual framework of action research and its relation to the professional development of teachers. To disclose the reality of the professional development of teachers of Azhar secondary institutes. To monitor the requirements of using action research in the professional development of the teachers of the Azhar institutes. Differences between the respondents' responses to the question about the degree of importance/ availability of the requirements of the use of action research in the professional development of the teachers of Azhar secondary institutes according to the study variables. -To identify the obstacles and difficulties that may prevent the use of action research in the professional development of teachers of Azhar institutes. Develop mechanisms for developing the proposed scenario for the use of action research in the professional development of the teachers of the Azhar institutes. the importance of studying: The importance of the study stems from: Enriching the educational library in the college with a study that is the first of its kind in this field, where it has not been used before, and thus allows researchers and those interested in the field of education to conduct some research and studies not covered in the current study. -To enlighten officials of Azhari education on the importance of action research in the professional development of teachers of Azhar secondary schools and how to use them to achieve the achievement of the goals of the educational process. It is a practical attempt to overcome the obstacles of traditional professional development methods, by developing a proposed visualization of the use of action research in the professional development of teachers.

It opens the door to teachers who have a desire to develop themselves by conducting action research on the problems that face them in their work and make them research teachers, through the conceptual framework of action research. Methodology and tools: The study used the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for it., was applied to a random sample of 405 teachers of Azhar secondary institutes. The questionnaire consisted of one axis, which included six dimensions, each measuring the availability and the importance of the requirements of using the action research in professional development for teachers of secondary Azhar institutes. The limits of the study: The study limits are as follows: 1. Objective limits: The objective limits of the study included the conceptual framework of action research and the reality of its use in the professional development of the teachers of the Azhar institutes. Human and spatial boundaries: The study was limited to the teachers of Azhar secondary institutes in the governorates of Cairo, representing the capital, Assuit. It represents the Upper Egypt. It is the country of the researcher. Sharkia Governorate represents the north of Egypt. It has the largest number of Azhar institutes. The number of them is 405, A sample of regions was selected, and a number of teachers were selected from each region. Time limits: The study tool was implemented during the second term of the academic year (2016-2017). Study Path: The study follows the following steps: The first step: The general framework of the study, including study introduction - problem, significance, objectives, limits, methodology, tools, terms, review of literature, and study path. The second step: is to present the conceptual framework for the professional development of teachers in terms of concepts and some modem approaches to it, including action researches, which were addressed in terms of their concept, objectives, importance, fields, principles, the difference between them and academic research, types, models, Obstacles to implementation, and dealt with Chapter II. The third step is to present the reality of the professional development of the teachers of the Azhar institutes, as stated in the regulations, laws and decisions, and discussed in Chapter III. The Fourth Step: It tackles with the field study procedures that expose views of teachers about the extent of the availability/ importance of the requirements of using action researches in the professional development of Azhari secondary institutes teachers. The fifth step is the results of the theoretical and field study, and then presented the suggested proposal for the use of action research in the professional development of the teachers of Azhar secondary institutes. Finally: the study set a suggested proposal for using action researches in the professional development of Azhari Secondary institutes teachers. The suggested proposal included: its significance, justification of application, approaches, and principles, techniques for applying the proposal, threats may encounter the application of it.
