المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة صنعاء، وكذلك التعرف إلى الفروق في درجة تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هينة التدريس تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وسنوات الخبرة) والتعرف إلى الفروق في درجة تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة صنعاء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (102) فردا من أعضاء هينة التدريس والطلبة، واستخدم الباحث استبيان لجمع البيانات مكون من أربعة أبعاد (متطلبات الجودة الشاملة، والنظام الإداري، والنظام التعليمي، والنظام التقني)، وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الثنائي، وتحليل التباين المتعدد، واختبار "ت" كأساليب إحصائية لمعالجة البيانات. وأظهرت النتائج أن كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة صنعاء تطبق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمتوسط (2.95)، ولم يكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة التطبيق تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وسنوات الخبرة) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هينة التدريس، وأيضا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين وجهة نظر أعضاء هينة التدريس والطلبة، وأوصى الباحث بضرورة تبنى كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة صنعاء استراتيجية واضحة ومحددة لتطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة فيها، وإشراك جميع أعضاء هينة التدريس في عملية التخطيط لإدارة الجودة الشاملة والاستفادة من تجاربهم وخبراتهم ومؤهلاتهم بغض النظر عن الجنس والرتبة الأكاديمية وسنوات الخبرة.

The study aimed to identify the level of the comprehensive quality management at the faculty of physical education, Sana'a University as well as recognizing the differences in the level of applying comprehensive quality management from the point of view of teaching staff according to the variation (gender, academic grade/rank, and years of experience variables. It also aimed to identify the differences in the level of applying comprehensive quality management from the point of view of teaching staff and the students. The study sample consisted of (102) individuals of the teaching staff and the students. The researcher has used a questionair that consists dimensions: comprehensive quality requirements, administrative system and technical system. The analysis of the data was performed by using the arithmetic average means, the standard diversions, and the "T" test such means were used as statistical data (Tow way Anova, Manova). The results have shown that the faculty of physical education, Sana'a university is applying the comprehensive quality management with a medium degree (2.95) and there were no differences statistically indicative in the degree of application that refer to the variations of (gender, academic grade/rank, experience years) from the point of view of teaching staff and there were no statistically differences indicative between the points of view of teaching staff and students. The researcher recommended that it is necessary for the faculty of physical education, Sana'a university to adopt an apparent and specific strategy to apply the standards of comprehensive quality management inside the faculty with the participation of all the teaching staff in the process planning for managing the comprehensive quality and making use of their experiences and qualifications regardless their gender variables, academic grade/rank and experience years.
