المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية استخدام بيئة التعلم المقلوب على تحصيل طلاب كلية التربية بعفيف، بالإضافة إلى تحديد اتجاههم نحوها، واتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبة التجريبي، كما استخدمت أداتين، هما (اختبار تحصيلي، ومقياس اتجاه نحو التعلم المقلوب)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلاب كلية التربية بعفيف، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تم اختيارها من طلاب كلية التربية بعفيف الذين يدرسون مقرر تقنيات التعليم والاتصال للعام الجامعي 1437 / 1438 ه الفصل الدراسي الثاني، وبلغ عددهم (94) طالبا، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين (47) ضابطة تدرس بالطريقة التقليدية (محاضرة وإلقاء) و (47) تجريبية تدرس بيئة التعلم المقلوب، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: فاعلية استخدام بيئة التعلم المقلوب في زيادة التحصيل لدى طلاب كلية التربية بعفيف، أن عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على استخدام بيئة التعليم المقلوب في تدريس مقرر تقنيات التعليم والاتصال بمتوسط حسابي (4.41 من 5)؛ مما يدل على الاتجاهات الإيجابية لعينة الدراسة نحو استخدام التعليم المقلوب في تدريس مقرر تقنيات التعليم والاتصال، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بــــــ (نشر ثقافة التعلم المقلوب، وتزويد المهتمين بمزايا استخدامه، وعقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب لتنمية المهارات اللازمة لذلك).

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of using the flipped learning environment on the students' academic achievement in Afeef Education College in addition to identifying the students' attitudes towards this environment. This study followed the analytical descriptive approach and the semi-experimental approach. It also used two tools (i.e. an achievement test, and a scale for the attitudes toward the flipped learning). The study community consists of all students at Afeef Education College. The study sample was selected from the students of Education College in Afeef who are studying the communication and education technology at the academic year 1437/ 1438 H, the second semester, and their number is 94 students. The sample was grouped into two groups, the first one is the control group (47 students) of those who are studying by the traditional methods (lectures). The other one is the experimental group (47 students) of those who are studying the flipped learning environment. The study concluded the following results: The flipped learning environment is effective in increasing the achievement of the students of Education College in Afeef. The study sample responded with "very agree" to the use of the flipped learning environment in educating the curricula of communication and education technology, with a mean of (4.41 out of 5.0). This indicates that the positive trends of the study sample towards using flipped learning in teaching the curriculum of communication and education technology. In light of these results, the study recommended the following: To disseminate the culture of the flipped learning, and to provide the users with its benefits. To hold training courses and workshops, for the faculty members and the students, to develop the required skills for this environment.
