المستخلص: تنطوي موضوعة الجسد في الخطاب الروائي العربي المعاصر على أهمية بالغة، وتشكل موضوعا بحثيا متميزا، ولعل مرد ذلك إلى تشعب مسالكها، كونها تتخطى حدود الأدب، وتتعالق مع مجالات أخرى على غرار الخطاب الديني، وعلم الاجتماع، والأنثروبولوجيا. ومن هنا تكمن أهمية هذه الورقة العلمية الساعية إلى بيان طرائق تمثيل الجسد في الرواية العربية عبر مساراتها التاريخية من خلال محورين: الكتابة، والنقد. وقد اتضح لنا من البحث الأولي، أن عددا من نصوصها لم يخرج عن نظيره الغربي في الرهان على التمثل الإيروسي للجسد، وهو ما يبعث على التساؤل، لم تثير الموضوعة المشار إليها سالفا جدلا في الثقافة العربية أكثر من غيرها؟ ألا يمكن أن تبطن بحمولات غير التي ذكرت؟

The theme of the body in the contemporary Arabic novelist discourse is of great importance. It constitutes a particular research subject for its multidimensional aspect which goes beyond literary borders and intertwines with other domains such as religious discourse, sociology, and anthropology. This paper aims to demonstrate the modes of representing the body in Arabic novels throughout history by focusing on two axes: writing and criticism. Based on the statement that some Arabic texts did not move away from the Western novel in the issue of the erotic assimilation of the body, this paper seeks to answer the following research questions: why the theme of the body raises such a debate in Arab culture more than in others? And could it not conceal other charges than those mentioned?

Le thème du corps dans le discours romancier arabe contemporain jouit d'une grande importance, comme il constitue un sujet de recherche si particulier. Ceci pourrait être expliqué par son aspect multidimensionnel car il dépasse les frontières littéraires pour s'entrelacer avec d'autres domaines tels le discours religieux, la sociologie et l'anthropologie. Ce qui précède est une justification pour cette contribution scientifique qui vise à démontrer les codes de représentation du corps dans le roman arabe à travers son parcours historique en focalisant sur deux axes : l'écriture et la critique. Il nous s'est avéré, grâce à une première lecture, qu'un nombrer de textes ne s'est pas éloigné du roman occidental dans l'enjeu de l'assimilation érotique du corps, un constat qui motive cette problématique : pourquoi le thème du corps provoque-t-il un tel débat dans la culture arabe plus que dans d'autres? Ne pourrait-il pas receler d'autres charges que celles mentionnées?
