المستخلص: ظهرت منصات الفن التشكيلي كاتجاه جديد للحوسبة السحابية، وقد استفاد مجال الفن التشكيلي من هذا التطور، حيث بدأت تظهر منصات فنية عبر الإنترنت تهدف للإحاطة وبث معلومات إخبارية عن ورش العمل والمؤتمرات في التخصص، ثم ما لبثت أن تبنت هدف تعليمي وتثقيفي لتنمية التذوق الفني، وفي هذا السياق يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الإمكانات التي يتيحها استخدام منصات الفن التشكيلي في تنمية التذوق الفني محليا ودوليا، والتعرف على أهم خصائص منصات الفن التشكيلي في تنمية التذوق الفني محليا ودوليا، وكذلك التعرف على الخدمات التي توفرها منصات الفن التشكيلي في تنمية التذوق الفني محليا ودوليا، كما يفترض البحث الحالي أن هناك علاقة (صفرية أو إيجابية) دالة بين استخدام منصات الفن التشكيلي وتنمية التذوق الفني محليا ودوليا.
وتقتصر حدود البحث على دراسة الإمكانات التي تتيحها منصات الفن التشكيلي في تنمية التذوق الفني محليا ودوليا، وكانت العينة البحثية هي ٨ مشروعات لمنصات الفن التشكيلي (ممثلة لعدة دول هي مصر والأردن والسعودية والإمارات وكندا وأمريكا).
واعتمد البحث على المنهج المسحي، كما قامت الباحثة بإعداد استمارة لتقييم منصات الفن التشكيلي وتحكيمها واختبار معيار الصدق والثبات لتلك الأداة.
وكانت من أهم النتائج البحثية إنها أظهرت أن لغة الموقع تلعب دورا كبيرا في انتشار الموقع وإتاحة الفرصة لعدد أكبر من المستخدمين لاستخدام الموقع، كما أظهرت أن منصة إدراك ومنصة الفن التشكيلي اعتمدت كلتاهما على اللغة العربية فقط، وأيضا أظهرت أن غالبية منصات الفن يغلب عليها الهدف الإعلامي والتثقيفي خاصة المنصات العربية (٥٠% من إجمالي عينة البحث)، وأظهرت أن هناك اتجاه متنامي لدى المواقع الأجنبية لتنمية التذوق الفني (مثال منصة آرت فاكتوري ومنصة انشيون كنموذج لمنصات تتبني فلسفة تنمية التذوق الفني) مقارنة بالمواقع العربية والتي اتخذت منحي إعلامي في غالب الأحوال (مثال منصة الفن التشكيلي ومدرار والمبادرات العمرانية).


Fine art platforms emerged as a new trend for cloud computing, and the field of fine art has benefited by this development, as art platforms began to appear on the Internet aiming at briefing and broadcasting news information about workshops and conferences in particular and then, soon adopted an educational goal to develop artistic appreciation. In this context, the current research aims to identify the possibilities produced by the use of fine art platforms in developing artistic appreciation locally and internationally and to identify the most important characteristics of fine art platforms in developing artistic appreciation locally and internationally, as well as identifying the services provided by fine art platforms in developing artistic appriciation locally. Internationally, as the current research also assumes that there is a significant (zero or positive) relationship between the use of fine art platforms and the development of artistic appreciation locally and internationally.
The limits of the research are confined to studying the possibilities offered by the fine art platforms in developing artistic appreciation locally and internationally, and the research sample consisted of 8 projects for the fine art platforms (representing several countries: Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Canada and America).
The research relied on the survey method. The researcher prepared a form to evaluate and arbitrate the fine art platforms and test the validity and reliability criterion for that tool.
One of the most important research results was that it showed that the language of the site plays a major role in promoting the site and providing the opportunity for a greater number of users to use the site as it became clear that both the awareness platform and the fine art platform depended on the Arabic language only, that most art platforms are dominated by the information and educational goal, especially Arabic platforms (50% of the total research sample), and that there is a growing trend among foreign websites to develop artistic appreciation (for example, the Art Factory platform and the Incheon platform as a model for platforms that adopt the philosophy of developing artistic taste) compared to Arabic sites that have taken a media approach in most cases ( An example is the Fine art Platform, Medrar and Urban Initiatives).
