|b The student is in need, in the Twenty First Century to get acquainted with and to acquire the skills, expertise and competencies, qualifying him/her to confront the challenges of such new digital world. The culture of Information & Communication Technology ICT among the essential skills that create out of the student an individual successful in its functional tasks, and in work market, as well as becoming a good citizen in his/her community, as it deemed an essential skill of the Twenty First Century skills. Many studies and research have indicated to the agreement of most of the experts to that there is an inevitable necessity to the development of the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) skills by the students in the context of learning, problem solving and the development of the higher levels of thinking such as: critical thinking, imagination, inspiration, creativity and the ethical use of digital technology and tools of communication to arrive at the information and to the outside world, and to keep away from the traditional learning methods, and to focus on the effective and efficient means to realize the effective communication, fun and dazzling to increase the student ability to realize the creative productivity in the arts area.

|a يحتاج الطالب في القرن الحادي والعشرين لمعرفة وإتقان المهارات والخبرات والكفايات التي تؤهله لمواجهه تحديات هذا العالم الرقمي الجديد، ويعد امتلاك ثقافة تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلوماتية ICT من المهارات الأساسية التي تجعل من الطالب فردا ناجحاً في مهامه الوظيفية، وفى سوق العمل بالإضافة إلى إنه يصبح مواطناً صالحاً في مجتمعه وذلك باعتبارها مهارة أساسية من مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وقد أشارت العديد من الدراسات والبحوث إلى اتفاق معظم الخبراء على أن هناك ضرورة حتمية إلى تطوير مهارات تكنولوجيا الاتصال، والمعلوماتية لدى الطلاب في سياق التعلم وحل المشكلات وتنمية المستويات العليا من التفكير مثل: التفكير الناقد والخيال والإلهام والإبداع والاستخدام الأخلاقي للتكنولوجيا الرقمية وأدوات الاتصال للوصول إلى المعلومات وإلى العالم الخارجي والبعد عن طرق التعلم التقليدية، والتركيز على الطرق الفعالة والمؤثرة لتحقيق التواصل الفعال والمتعة والإبهار، لزيادة قدرة الطالب على تحقيق الإنتاجية الإبداعية في مجال الفنون.
