المستخلص: تشهد دول العالم المختلفة تغيرات وتطورات متلاحقة وسريعة بسبب الانفجار المعرفي وثورة التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي، ولهذه الثورة جانبين، جانب خير وجانب مظلم. فجانب الخير يتمثل بما قدمته ثورة الاتصالات والمعلومات بمساعدتها على عولمة المعلومات وتسهيل الخدمات والأعمال، أما الجانب المظلم لثوره التكنولوجيا والمعلومات، وتسبب بظهور أنواع جديدة من الجرائم، كما أصبح بالإمكان إدخال هذه التكنولوجيا في طرق ارتكاب الجرائم، حتى باتت وسيلة مساعدة وسهلة لارتكاب بعض أنواع الجرائم. ومن هذه الجرائم الحديثة جريمة الإرهاب الإلكتروني والتي تعد من أبرز سلبيات هذا التطور الهائل في الجرائم المعلوماتية، والذي يمثل تهديدا على الأمن القومي للدول نظرا لأن البنية التحتية في أغلب المجتمعات الحديثة أصبحت تدار عن طريق أجهزة الكمبيوتر والإنترنت، وللمؤسسات التعليمية دور كبير في تحقيق الأمن داخل المجتمعات والتصدي لمثل هذه الظواهر بكافة أشكالها، ودور وقائي مهم في درء الفساد وارتكاب الجريمة، وذلك بغرس أساليب التربية والتعليم والأخلاق والقيم والسلوك والمنهج الصحيح في نفوس المواطنين، وهنا يبرز دور المؤسسات التربوية في إعداد الفرد إعدادا صحيحا. استهدفت الدراسة الحالية: -التعرف على ماهية ظاهرة الإرهاب الإلكتروني -توضيح التحديات المجتمعية المسببة لظاهرة الإرهاب الإلكتروني. -بيان الدور المأمول للمؤسسات التربوية لمواجهة ظاهرة الإرهاب الإلكتروني. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة الحالية من نتائج: -من تحليل العديد من الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة حول الإرهاب الإلكتروني توصلت الباحثة إلى أن هذه الظاهرة خطيرة جدا في الوقت الحالي على استقرار الوطن وأمنه وانه لابد من تضافر الجهود لمواجهة الظاهرة لما لها من خصائص ووسائل وأشكال متعددة. -أن هناك العديد من التحديات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والإعلامية وغيرها داخل المجتمع، هي الأساسية في تنامي وتصاعد خطورة ظاهرة الإرهاب الإلكتروني. -توضيح وبيان العديد من الأدوار المأمولة للمؤسسات التربوية والمتمثلة في الأسرة، والمدرسة، والجامعة، والمسجد، والإعلام ومراكز الشباب في مواجهة ظاهرة الإرهاب الإلكتروني.

Experiencing the different countries of the world changes and developments successive and fast because of the explosion of knowledge and revolution of scientific and technological progress, but these two aspects of the revolution, along with the good and the dark side, The good side of the submissions of communications and information by helping to facilitate the globalization of information and services and business revolution, The dark side of the revolution of technology and information, and has caused the emergence of new types of crimes, and it was possible to introduce this technology in ways to commit crimes, even become a way to help and easy to commit certain types of crimes, One such modern crime of cyber terrorism, which is one of the most negative aspects of this tremendous development in IT crimes, which represents a threat to the national security of states because the infrastructure in most modern societies become managed by computers and the Internet crimes, Educational institutions played a major role in achieving security within communities and to address such phenomena in all its forms, an important protective role in the prevention of corruption and the crime was committed, and that the purpose of education methods, education, ethics, values and behavior and the right approach in the hearts of the citizens, and here highlights the role of educational institutions in prepare the individual's right. The present study aimed to: -Identify the nature of the phenomenon of cyber terrorism. - Clarify the societal challenges that cause the phenomenon of cyber terrorism. - Statement hoped the role of educational institutions to cope with the phenomenon of cyber terrorism. The most important findings of the current study results: - Analysis of many previous studies and literature on cyber terrorism researcher found out that this phenomenon is very serious at the moment the stability and security of the nation and that he has to be a concerted effort to counter the phenomenon because of their properties and means of multiple forms. - That there are many political, economic, social, cultural, media and other challenges within the community, it is essential in the growing and dangerous escalation of the phenomenon of cyber terrorism. - Clarify the statement and many prospective roles of educational institutions of family, school, university, and the mosque, media and youth centers in the face of the phenomenon of cyber terrorism.
