المستخلص: يعد التحفيز أحد أهم مرتكزات العصر الراهن بمجال التربية والتعليم معتمدا على آليات تحقق التنمية العلمية والعملية المستدامة بكفاءة وتميز القائمين لطلاب التربية الموسيقية ذوي الطاقات الإيجابية والمتميزة ولديهم الثقة بالنفس. أن الجيل الجديد من الطلاب يصعب تحفيزه للتعلم وكسب المعرفة بالطرق التقليدية التي اعتدنا عليها في السابق. فإن لم يكن للطالب الدافع الكافي سواء كان داخلياً أو خارجياً للدراسة والفضول المعرفي فلن يتحقق التعلم الذي ينشده القائمين على التدريس والنظام التعليمي ككل. القائم بالتدريس عليه أن يطور ويرتقى بمستوى طلابه من خلال التحفيز لحب العلم والتعلم بمجال التربية الموسيقية (دراسة آلة البيانو)، لأن التحفيز بأسلوب إيجابي يساعد الطلاب على الاستمرار والتركيز لتحقيق الأهداف العملية التربوية التعليمية بأفضل الطرق وأسرعها وأكثرها جودة. لاحظت الباحثة أثناء الجلسات التدريسية لمرحلة البكالوريوس سنوياً انخفاض مستوى الأداء المهارى نتيجة ضعف التدريب والممارسة المنتظمة وندرة جدية طلاب التربية الموسيقية في تنفيذ مقرر البيانو. يرجع ذلك إلى أن بعض الطلاب لا يتلقون الإرشادات الخاصة للتحفيز بالأسلوب الأمثل، وهذا ما أشارت إليه العديد من الدراسات الحديثة إلى أن التعلم باستخدام التحفيز له أثر كبير على طلاب التربية الموسيقية من (الفرقة الأولى حتى الفرقة الرابعة) في تحسين أدائهم المهارى في مقرر البيانو. اتبعت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي المنهج شبه التجريبي الذي يقوم على دراسة الظواهر الإنسانية كما هي دون تغيير والتصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة. لتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء أدوات البحث والتي تمثلت في (بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارى في مقرر آلة البيانو - استمارة استطلاع أراء السادة الخبراء وأعضاء هيئة التدريس المتخصصين في البرنامج - الفيديو التعليمي المقطوعات)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى: التحقق من صحة الفرض الأول: توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في الأداء المهارى في مقرر البيانو خلال الفرق الدراسية الأربع، التحقق من صحة الغرض الثاني: توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات رتب درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في الأداء المهارى في مقرر البيانو بين الفرق الدراسية الأربع لصالح الفرقة الدراسية الأعلى. أجابت عنه الباحثة في المحور الثاني من الإطار التطبيقي القائم على التحليل العزفي لعينة البحث.

The motivation is one of the most important foundations of the current era in the field of education and learning, relying on mechanisms to achieve scientific development and sustainable process efficiently and distinguished students of music education students with positive energies and distinct and have self-confidence. That the new generation of students is difficult to motivate to learn and gain knowledge in the traditional ways we used to in the past. If the student does not have sufficient motivation, whether internally or externally for the study and cognitive curiosity, the learning sought by the teaching staff and the educational system as a whole will not be achieved . The teacher should develop and improve his students' level by stimulating the love of science and learning in the field of music education (piano study), because motivation in a positive way helps students to continue and focus to achieve the educational educational goals in the best ways, the fastest and the most quality. During the teaching sessions of the bachelor stage, the researcher observed the low level of skilled performance due to poor training, regular practice and the scarcity of serious musical education students in the implementation of the piano course. This is due to the fact that some students do not receive special instructions for stimulation in the best way, and this is what many recent studies have indicated that learning using stimulation has a great effect on music education students from 1st to 4th grades in improving their skill in piano. The researcher followed the experiential approach of the semi-experimental approach, which is based on the study of human phenomena as they are unchanged and experimental design of the experimental group. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built the research tools, which were in (note card performance skill in the decision of the piano - a questionnaire questionnaire opinions of experts and staff members specialized in the program - educational video clips) , And the results of the research to: Validation of the first hypothesis: There are statistically significant differences between the grades of the grades of the students of the experimental group in the performance of the skill in the piano course during the four study groups, Validation of the second hypothesis: There are statistically significant differences between the average grade grades students The experimental group in the skill performance in the piano course between the four study groups in favor of the higher class The researcher answered in the second axis of the applied framework based on the analysis of the sample of the research.
